★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing place. Worst Cafe Frei in the country. In spite of their late opening (they take orders only from 1020 AM) the stuff was not so polite to my wife. She was there with our 3 children..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is not so changed in the last few years, but they still have lot types of cafes. You can find lot kind of cafe based creations and also some unique sweets. Prices are mid-ranged. The real problem is the really slow service. Often takes 20-30 minutes to make 2 cafes even when the place is almost empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a bit disappointed. I used cafe frei in Hungary overall but here I felt that the business isn't run by the staff in an honest manner. They somehow 'lost' the price of the more expensive coffee bean and only the price of the cheaper coffee is displayed. It is a bit annoying when they have already asked to have your coffee grained and they only ask to pay for it after they have placed it in the machine. Then you realise how much is really what you bought, but it is too ambarassing to leave the shop without buying the product. I felt a bit cheated, especially that I bought accidentally two of the most expensive coffee there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious coffee as always. However, the place seems to be pretty deserted in the past 1 year like there is still the worst pandemic. It used to be more lively. Also the one I visited in Kecsmemet (Malom mall) looked like a storage room, dark and not cosy at all. All in all, Cafe Frei to me lost some atmosphere.
