Nice place to have cup of coffee but very unfriendly empoyee, she answers so unpolitely when u ask if they are open or not!! She should Learn how to simile somethimes

Lovely little place, one of the best coffees I’ve had in Budapest. Friendly and quick service. :)

We’ve lived in Budapest for years. We love the country and the people. Today we went to Caffe Perfetto. We ordered sandwiches which come with salad on the side. They provided no salad. When I went to the counter to ask about it after we’d finished the sandwiches, they said they don’t provide the salad with the sandwich unless the customer asks for it. Then they made absolutely no movement to provide it until Long after when I went back to the counter to ask for it. A person may hate their job or their boss but they don’t need to take it out on customers. Another issue is that when a potential customer came in and showed the staff member a photo of the Basilica and asked if she knew where it was, The staff member said no, that she’d never seen that church. That was a bald faced lie. We confronted her with that lie as well. What Hungarian doesn’t know about Hungary’s famous St. Istvan Bafilica!? She said she had only worked there a month. Then she said she didn’t care about churches. Then she said she was from a small town, etc. The one star Is because the sandwiches were good.

This is a great little cafe! The owner is so nice, and it's done with a lot of style and creativity. The coffee is absolutely delicious as well. Really recommend it if you're looking for a chilled out break away from the crowds!
