Vettem egy papucsot a 90 éves mozgássérült nagymamámnak 13.000Ft-ért.
Nem volt jó a kialakitása,szoritott.
Visszavittem,hogy kicsrélem egy másikra aminek szélesebb az eleje.
Találtam is de csak 7.000Ft-be került.
Az eladó hölgy azt mondta pénz nem tud visszaadni le kell vásárolnom.
Igy rá lettem kényszeritve,hogy vegyek két papucsot,üditöt meg csokit....
Panaszkönyv nincs,Fönök telefonszáma titkos...

I bought a slipper for my 90 year old grandmother with a wheelchair for 13.000Ft.
The design was not good, he stung.
I took it back to replace it with another one with a wider front.
I found it but it cost only 7000Ft.
The seller lady said money can not return I have to buy it.
So I was forced to buy two slippers, refreshments and chocolate ....
No complaint book, Fönök's phone number is secret ...
