I would not recommend Kalvin Dental. 6 fillings of my daughter were poorly made by Dr Maar. Due to the huge distress and discomfort experienced after the fillings had been made, we have consulted 3 dental clinics in Budapest and 2 abroad. The X-ray made and consultations revealed that these simple fillings were done highly unprofessionally and had to be redone. What is even more shocking, is that I have not received any response to my complaint submitted twice to Kalvin Dental which shows a complete lack of care to patients and this is inexcusable for any health service provider.

Really good doctors :) I am scared of everything, but I got 4 wisdom teeth removed here without any problems or pain.

One doctor was rude to me when I asked him why should I pay for an appointment in advance when in the same scenario I called at the same day and booked an appointment for free, and told me "we can not treat you here anymore"

No availability of doctor was given due to personal right protection but she never had time frame to the subsequent treatments while other doctors didnt want to treat somebody else's patient. Outrageous, worst service ever let alone the 42000HUF costing tooth filling that lasted for 2 weeks...

Excellent clinic with professional dentists and dental nurses. Highly recommend them.

My worst dental experience so far: they added extra charges to my bill without first consulting with me about the price and/or the necessity of them, the temporary crown they installed was so ugly (dark) looking that I will have to replace it somewhere else even for this short time period that it's supposed to last, which they take no responsibility over. (They said I should have said something about it on the spot but they didn't show it to me in a mirror and I didn't think to look until I got home, by which time the doctor was no longer available and I will have to travel off by the time she comes back. They would have other doctors available tomorrow, when I'm still here, but those are all kind of independent, and the company takes no responsibility for the overall services, you have to negotiate with each doctor separately.) The cost of the crown was also 1.5 times what was listed on the website, and when I called back to complain the receptionist tried to refer to a menu on their website called "Warranty" ("Garancia") that in reality doesn't exist, you can check the attached screenshot. One more thing: throughout the visit, the doctor and her assistant had a rant of complaints about one of their colleagues while they were working on my teeth, which also created a very negative mood and discomfort, and it was completely unnecessary. What initially appealed to me about this clinic was that they had long opening hours and even some emergency services, which my previous clinic didn't, but I will honestly have to find a new one, or go back to my previous place, which is embarrassing, but I'd rather do that.

Called them to ask a question about teeth whitening, the rudely hung the call up on me. I called back severally but no answer.... bad reception

Super friendly staff in modern and professional clinic. I had a bad cavity between 2 crowns, and was planning to go traveling in 5 weeks - they said they weren't sure if they could save one of the teeth, and they'd work with my timeline as best as possible. 5 weeks, a successful (2 session) root canal that saved the tooth, and several visits later, I'm very happy with the level of attention and care. My dentist in USA was good, but I prefer these guys. They call the day before to confirm appointments, and are punctual. Special thanks to Dr Nikolett and Anikó - you made a painful process less painful. ♥️
