I bought a Honda from them in October. I was also satisfied with the service and administration.

My last 5 cars were first put on the market in Hungary and were an owner, I bought them directly from the first owner or dealer. I went through a lot of car dealerships years ago, but I wanted to look like a bird in 99 out of 100 dealerships, so I realized it wasn’t worth dealing with such cars and I even ignored these ads. How did I get here at Car Express then? Well, a lot of Mitsubishi Lancers were advertised and I was wondering what they were selling. I also read through the reviews on Google about trading, saw that a lot of Lancers had already been sold, and the reviews were good. Of course, I also looked through who wrote the reviews, I’ve seen a nipper who was probably pumping reviews through his buddies with five-star ratings. In the Car Express ads, the cars are well photographed, all the essentials play out. They upload 12 photos, let’s say I miss the HD resolution, but I always subscribe to the HD image viewer. I selected the Lancert with the most beautiful engine compartment and the best equipment in the price range I was thinking about and started to find out. Basically, they sell nicely cleaned cars here, which I liked is that the cars aren’t heavily siliconized, only the rubber mat is blown in. The condition of the engine compartment is vital for me: I wash myself often, for example in winter, so that premature corrosion caused by salty snow can be avoided. The engine compartment of the cars sold here is nice, but I used to monitor the condition of the clamps and bolts, the engine compartment of the cars sold here was not suitable for me in all cases. Where the bolts and clamps are rusty or the block is oxidized, it has not been properly monitored and is a reason for me. So I had the Lancer selected, clicking on the documents tab will display the service book and other documents for each car (the chassis number will be published in the ad anyway). The service number of the car was also in the service book, based on this I was able to request all the relevant data of the car from Sweden (registration, change of ownership, technical examination, etc.) free of charge. I compared these to the ad, everything was tapped, so I called and set off the next day. There was no surprise in the dealership, I got what I expected, the car was the way it was advertised. The condition of the 2009 vintage, 65 thousand km, is similar, almost new. Extras: cruise control, tow hitch, seat heating, telephone handsfree, traction control, headlight washers, AUX input, radio control from the steering wheel. I checked the car, everything was fine with it. The car had summer tires with the factory alloy wheel, but I got a set of winter sets on a steel rim. 2 factory keys, all documents for the car. I was reminded that the central locking system does not work, I acknowledged. I had the car prepaid and I could pick it up in my name in a few days. I brought it home, did a basic service on it, changed the oil, replaced the filters, and replaced the spark plugs. The air filter was almost snow white. However, when I got home, I noticed that the tool kit was incomplete and there was no jack and no rear-center headrest. The tool kit and jack were replaced, the headrest may have remained somewhere in Sweden. :) I also replaced the winter tires, the pattern was still right, but the tires were 10 years old, they slipped. The key-locked operation of the central locking system is still to be resolved, a removed alarm is causing the fault (there was a Defa alarm in it some time). I completely inspected the car in my workshop, everything is OK, it is OK in terms of corrosion, there is some rust on the chassis parts and calipers, nothing else. The little girl's family may have had the car, hair bands under the back seat, a lollipop, a grinning piece of paper, McDonald's salt, leftovers, and 5 Swedish Crowns + 10 Euro Cent. :) I replaced the first brake pads on it, even the factory Mitsubishi logo pads were in about 30% condition. I slowly did 2,000 miles with the car and I am satisfied. Based on the above, I think Car Express is a fair business, so I can only recommend them!

And in December, I bought a car with them, my sandwich, to confirm the order in front of me. After a long search and a lot of negative trading experience (misinformation, ignorance, rudeness, etc.), it was exciting to look at cars here. They were polite, prepared. I went to the car for about 1 week after booking, until then I called them at any time, picked them up, arranged everything I could in advance. Everything went quickly and flexibly on the day of the move. The car is naturally spotless, but I still use it happily.

Trading is absolutely cultured, of a high standard. The sales colleague was also extremely willing to do both the test drive and the administration. The car I bought here can be said to be beautiful, for the time being (based on 3000 km of experience) it is also good, we hope it stays that way. Now I say I would buy from them again, and if the Honda they sold me works, I might even in the future.
