A recepciós hölgy(nagyon kedves) külön ajánlotta hogy nézzem végig a folyamatot. A következő alkalommal is hozzájuk fordulok. A szolgáltatásuk minőségéért hajlandó vagyok elautózni hozzájuk angyalföldről. Külön dicséret hogy a check lapot, és a mérési-beállítási dokumentumot is kérés nélkül átadták. Autó felmérése után előre közlik mennyibe fog kerülni a javítás (tételesen alkatrész+munkadíj), és a végén ennyit is fizetek. Nagyon profi munkát végeznek, munkalappal igazolják az elvégzett munkát. Több szerviznek írtam emailt, de csak a Pátkai szerviz hívott fel másnap és tájékoztatott a gépi váltóolaj cseréről, költségekről stb. Következő hét hétfőjen 8:10-kor leadtam az autót és 11.40-kor hívtak, hogy mehetek érte. A munkafelvevő hölgy iszonyú kedves, buszjegyet is ajánlott ha esetleg kellene. Amikor leadtam az autót , kértem alapos átvizsgálás csomagot is, futómű,fék, kormány stb. Amikor érte mentem, a tulaj is ott volt és megmutatta a lecserélt és feltöltött olaj közötti különbséget, a szűrőt és megnyugtatott, hogy minden rendben, bár az olajra ráfért a csere... Soha többet nem viszem máshoz az autót. Az ár korrekt, az elszámolás korrekt, a munkát elvégzik, értelmesen elmondják mit csinálnak, nincs csapda, rejtett költség, ki nem cserélt alkatrész. Nagyon becsülendő szerviz és hozzáértő szerelőkkel és hivatalos márkaszervizeket megszégyenítő ügyfél központúsággal! Nagyon örülök, hogy megtaláltam Őket! Köszönöm szépen!
