Everything was good but not true they can't talk on the phone 2x after consultation that it can't be rented for 24 years! They waited for us to go there. Get it.

Á	Ádám Bujna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az autó műszaki és esztétikai állapota jó volt, az ügyintézés és papírmunka is gyorsan, korrektül zajlott le, az ügyintéző hölgy is nagyon kedves volt. Az árak kedvezőek. Jobb lenne teli tankkal vinni-hozni a kocsit, de végül nem lett probléma belőle. A kommunikáció viszont borzalmas, sajnos. Az egyébként színvonalas honlapon megadott e-mail címre hiába írtam, hetekkel később sem érkezett válasz. Így hát egy hétfői napon telefonon jeleztem az igényemet egy autóra, amire csütörtökön volt szükségem 12:30 órától. Abban maradtunk, hogy rendben, de előtte fél órával csörögjek oda telefonon. Ezt meg is tettem, majd kiderült, hogy a bérbeadó épp Ausztriában van, és leghamarabb 15 órakor tudja átadni az autót. Így aztán ott álltunk csomagokkal, bőröndökkel, időre leszervezett programokkal, és emiatt borult az egész napunk, nem kevés kellemetlenséget okozva. The technical and aesthetic condition of the car was good, the administration and paperwork went quickly and correctly, and the clerk was also very kind. The prices are reasonable. It would be better to take the car with a full tank, but in the end it didn’t become a problem. Communication, on the other hand, is horrible, unfortunately. Although I wrote to the e-mail address provided on the otherwise high-quality website, I did not receive a reply weeks later. So one Monday I signaled by phone my need for a car, which I needed on Thursday from 12:30 p.m. We stayed to be okay, but half an hour before that I would ring there on the phone. I did that and then it turned out that the landlord was in Austria right now and could hand over the car at 3pm at the earliest. So we stood there with luggage, suitcases, time-organized programs, and that’s why our whole day was overwhelmed, causing a lot of inconvenience.

Igen jó ár/érték arányú szolgáltatás, ajánlott kategória. Cars kept in order (Skodas), fast pick-up, flexible consultation, which came in handy when extending the rental period. Very good value for money service, recommended category.

Ennek ellenére mindig kedvesek és segítőkészek maradtak. Csak ajánlani tudom! We have rented a car from them almost a dozen times. There were times when we varied with times. Nevertheless, they were always kind and helpful. I can only recommend!

Az autók mindig tiszta, illatos és műszakilag kitűnő állapotban voltak, így az ár/érték arány is korrekt szerintem. The kind, flexible attitude has always been my experience when renting. The cars have always been clean, fragrant and in excellent technical condition, so I think the price / value ratio is fair.
