★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sportemberek, tudják mirõl beszélnek, mit ajánlanak. Az ebike-omat javítottam fel nagyobb lánckerékkel, fontos volt a rövid konzultáció, így a nullánál jobb lett az esélyem.
 Athletes, they know what they’re talking about, what they recommend. I improved my ebike with a bigger sprocket, a short consultation was important so my chances were better than zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beadtuk a bicajokat, mondtak egy összeget és mikor érte mentünk, sokkal magasabb árat kellett fizetni.
Mikor megkérdeztem, hogy az árképzés mégis mi alapján történt - merthogy nem ennyire számítottunk a megbeszéltek alapján -, a srác olyan stílusban oktatott ki, ami külön megér egy misét.
Rögtön támadóan, arrogáns stílusban közölte, hogy akarjuk e akkor úgy elvinni, ahogy odavittük, mert ez a két bicikli milyen mocskos volt, és ők még le is mosták...
Semmi elnézést, vagy igen, értem, de sajnos így alakult... vagy bármi, amitől azt érzed, hogy nem néz full hülyének.
Egyébként a bicajok első próbálásra hibátlanok lettek. Szakmailag úgy tűnik rendben vannak, csak valahogy a kiszolgálás meg tájékoztatás részéhez nem értenek.

Otherwise, the bicajs were flawless on the first try. Professionally, they seem to be fine, only somehow they don’t understand the service and information part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vettünk ott egy 200.000 Ft -os kerékpárt. Plusz vettünk kiegészítőket. Láncvédőt, lámpákat, pedálokat, láncolajozót. Ezekről számlát persze nem adott. Így a lámpára gari sincs. Bankkártyával szerettem volna fizetni közölte azt nem lehet. Mondta, hogy vissza kell vinni garanciális átnézésre a bringát 2 hónapon belül. Ok visszavittem. Közölte 4.000 Ft lesz a garis átnézés :)))) A biciklit úgy kaptam vissza, hogy tiszta olaj volt a hófehér kormány. Szóval egy szó mint száz. Aki tudja kerülje el őket nagy ívben, mert számla nem mindenről születik, a garancia az is pénzbe kerül, lehúznak ahol tudnak, és összepiszkolják a zsír új biciklit és úgy adják vissza. A kormányról fotó csatoltam. Én biztos többet oda nem megyek, és már bánom, hogy náluk vásároltam.

Anyone who knows how to avoid them in the big curve, because the bill is not born of everything, the guarantee also costs money, they pull off where they can and dirty the fat new bike and give it back. I've attached a photo of the government. I'm sure I won't go there anymore, and I regret having bought them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon korrektnek tartom őket, a tulaj fel is hívott, mert kemény 1 napos csúszás volt a beszállító miatt :) - ennek ellenére 2 nap alatt megjött a megrendelt alkatrész.
A megrendelt cuccot (hajtómű+csapágy) fel is dobta a bringára + egy csomó mindent leellenőrzött, beállított. Az árak sincsenek elszállva annak dacára, hogy az szerszámokra/eszközökre se sajnálták a pénzt. [kb minden ParkTool]
Persze erre lehetne mondani, hogy ez alap, de eddig - némi kivétellel - nem ezt tapasztaltam. Ajánlom őket figyelmetekbe!!

He even threw the ordered stuff (gear + bearing) on the bike + a lot of everything checked and adjusted. Prices are not gone either, despite the fact that the money for the tools / instruments was not spared. [about all ParkTool]
Of course, this could be said to be the basis, but so far, with a few exceptions, I have not experienced this. I recommend them to your attention !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rendszeresen hozzájuk jarunk, javitattunk es vettünk is már bicikliket tőlük.Korrektek , gyorsak es kedvesek , sajnos a csirkefarhát gyorsan elfogy, viszont kerékpárokügyekben profik. IMO Tibi ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A honlapjukon rendeltem kerékpárkülsőt, kedvező áron. Másnap értesítettek hogy a külsőt nem tudják megrendelni a beszállítótól. (Furcsa mert számos más boltban könnyen megvásárolható ugyanez a külső). Majd 10 perc múlva visszahívtak hogy kétszer annyiért mégis betudják szerezni. Nem tűnnek egyenes embereknek.
I ordered a bicycle exterior on their website at a reasonable price. The next day they were notified that the exterior could not be ordered from the supplier. (Strange because many other stores can easily buy the same exterior). Then, 10 minutes later, they called me back so they could get it for twice as much. They don't look like straight people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Több autót is hoztunk ide egy napon belül abroncs cserére és előre egyeztetett időpontok alapján minden ment a rendes módján ahogyan kell. Precízen elvégzik amit csinálnak a műhelyben, panasz nem lehet rájuk. Látszik, hogy hozzáérté emberek dolgoznak itt. Az ügyintézés és fizetés is flottul ment, SZÉP kártyával is lehet mindent fizetni náluk. Csak ajánlani tudom őket!
