Prima small retro shop. Kind, helpful staff, not without expertise. The small machine pulled out of my pocket looked at the carbon brush and immediately reached into the appropriate drawer to catch the part I coveted. It was a pleasant experience.

I’m one of those incredibly rare buyers who didn’t get exactly the carbon brush they needed. However, similar yes, and advice on the transformation. It was a 5 minute job.
