A kérésem nem volt egyszerű, egy különleges csokrot választottam fénykép alapján, de a hölgy megnyugtatott, hogy gond nélkül el tudják készíteni, még le is fotózta és a telefonszámomat is elmentette. Nem kerestek, így megnyugodtam, hogy nincs gond. Az esküvő napján, mikor a csokorért mentünk szembesültem vele, hogy teljesen mást kaptam. Olyannyira, hogy vissza is kérdeztem, nem-e tévedés és más csokrát adták oda véletlenül. Se a csokor formája, se a virágok, se a színek nem stimmeltek. De a 3 csillag jár, mert a kapott csokor végül is nagyon szép volt - csak nem az, amit kértem - és a pár nappal későbbi fotózáson is még szépek voltak a virágok, illetve a hölgy nagyon szabadkozott az üzletben a tévedés miatt. I ordered a wedding bouquet. My request wasn’t easy, I chose a special bouquet based on a photo, but the lady reassured me that they could take it without a hitch, even took a photo and saved my phone number. They weren’t looking, so I was reassured that there was no problem. On the day of the wedding, when we went for the bouquet, I was confronted with it that I got something completely different. So much so that I even asked back if it was a mistake and other bouquets were given there by accident. Neither the shape of the bouquet, nor the flowers, nor the colors were right. But the 3 stars go because the bouquet I received was very nice after all - just not what I asked for - and the photos were still beautiful in the photo shoot a few days later, and the lady was very apologetic to the store for the mistake.
