Vásároltunk náluk 30.000 Ft-ért egy ortopéd kutyaágyat, ami nem lett jó méretben. Visszavittük, de a pénzt nem adták vissza, közölték, hogy le kell vásárolnunk, és amúgy is ki van írva, hogy pénzt nem adnak vissza, nagyobb méretet pedig majdnem 10.000 Ft-al drágábban tudtak volna rendelni és ráadásul nem volt jelenleg készleten nagyobb ortopéd kutyaágy így még ha drágább is lett volna aktulálisan megvenni sem tudtuk volna. Világosan elmondtuk, hogy egy frissen gerincműtéten átesett kutyának lenne és nyilván nem dobálózunk 30.000 vagy 40.000 Ft-al, így nem éltünk a "kedves" lehetőségggel, hogy még várjunk a másik termékre, de hogy többet itt nem vásárolunk az biztos, ha probléma van nem segítenek megoldani, csak a pénzed kell. Nem lett jó a méret vagy kifizetsz még 10.000 Ft-ot és vársz a rendelésre ha nem okoz számodra gondot még a 300.000 Ft-os műtétáron felül vagy így jártál. Nekik már mindegy a pénzed benyelték. Tudjuk, hogy nem kötelesek a pénzt visszaadni, így szól a törvény, de ez már szerintem a bolton múlik mennyire foglalkozik a vásárlóival vagy adott esetben mennyire nem. Sajnos a táblát nem láttuk, de a szemünkben akkor is elvesztek és többet ide nem megyünk, mert tudjuk, hogy probléma esetén mossák kezüket.

We know they are not required to return the money, so the law says, but I think it already depends on the store how much you deal with your customers or, if not, how much you don’t. Unfortunately we didn’t see the board, but they are still lost in our eyes and we don’t go here anymore because we know they’ll wash their hands in case of a problem.
