Best Day spa in Hungary

P	Peter Pongracz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overtly expensive, shocked by the prices. I expected something out of the ordinary on the inside, but apart from 5 indoor and 3 outdoor slides, it is an average, old-style Hungarian thermal spa, the likes of which can be found all over the country for half the admission costs. Despite this it is crowded even on a Thursday, and it was difficult to find a good spot with sun and shade. There's no grass, it is uncut weed everywhere. We tried to compensate with a virgin mohito, but even that was tasteless and warm.

This is 2021! At least try to fix it huh? Imagine, just the card machine and cannot make it work, what could happen inside? Never come again! Never suggest anyone to come! ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

The spa is quite unmaintained, the showers have broken doors and the water has no pressure, many of the installations are malfunctioning, the storage closet doors do not close, the difference between the 3 hour ticket and the all day ticket is insignificant.
G	Gergely András on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bath itself is really good, but everything else is beyond awful. There's no set opening time for the restaurant, they open whenever they feel like. You wish they'd never open though. Slow and unorganised service, rude staff. For my allergy sufferer wife they prepared the food the way I specifically asked not to. No apologies or anything, good thing we noticed in time. The chefs clearly hate their jobs, wondering why they are there then. Might visit the bath again, but will definitely avoid any the attached services.
д	дзвіночка вовк on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to visit this SPA at the evening, as the official website had told that the whole complex worked till 2 a.m. Turned out that it's only about thermal pools located outside. Later we found that even the info about opening hours that was only given in Hungarian, not English, was wrong. To make matters worse, the receptionist showed zero knowledge of English as well. We had to speak with hands and feet to finally understand something. I'm really shocked by the incompetence of the staff and the indifference about veracity of info and it's a shame that a nice evening turned into such a mess.

I was expecting more 'cave style' just like the one in Miskolc Tapolca, but it's not like that. I'd call this place more like a 'cellar' bath. It's still awesome though.
Á	Ágnes Papp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuesday visit - not croweded. We have been there for a second time - quality dropped. Although this place a little bit expensive, it is worth the price (sauna use, waterslides are included). It is a very beutiful bath, amazing cavepool long and very comfortable place to lay down and get dried and not cold which is very important if you visit especially during wintertime. The long colorful tunnels filled with warm water, a bar in the middle of one of them. Nice little places to hide from the others as there are lovely hidden corners to rest with your loved ones. Downsides: the smell like urine at some points inside. A few burned out light bulb were very diappointing and at the outside hot water pool tiles were missing. The watches that open the lockers don’t work very well. Very hard to read the handwritten prices with light pink marker outside of the entrance, unprofessional and the same problem at the bar. Seems like theres not enough staff.
