Gondoltam vèletlen, de amikor másodjára is előfordult ugyanez velem, akkor úgy döntöttem, hogy soha többet nem veszek ott semmit. A vásárló a legutolsó szempont ott! Nem az eladóval, vagy előadókkal van a gond hanem a szemlélettel, habár van nèmi hiányosság a felkèszülèsükben, mert mintha tudnák, hogy kritizál az ember a panaszkönyvet csak nagy unszolására voltak hajlandóak kiadni.
