What I bought shoes for a month ruined complaint handling they do not know the law tells the staff to service unfriendly damage eye-catching shop but not buyer oriented I think!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A választék kielégítő. Hiányoltam viszont a vízhatlan kiviteleket. Sport cipők is vannak, de mivel kerékpároscsapat szponzor a cég árulhatna kerékpáros cipőt is.
The selection is satisfactory. But I missed the waterproof designs. There are sports shoes, but as a cycling team sponsor, the company could sell bicycle shoes as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful staff and quality of the shoes. The ones I bought were broken in 2 days! I came to ask for a refund or exchange but they refused. I wanted to speak to the top manager but the girl named Marta Krar pretended to be the boss. She said she was the main person. Marta could only reclaim to repair the shoes but this was not an option because I was leaving the city and the country the same day. She could not find any rules or regulations of thue shop to prove that no refund was possible. Moreover, she was laughing and joking with other staff about the situation. Marta said that if she returns the money or exchanges the shoes it will be taken from her salary. She only gave me the general email to write about the situation which is not helpful at all. The staff do not mention any rules about exchange or guarantee when we buy and then they say the rules exist. I find it them realy unprofessional unfriendly and impolite. I’ll never recommend this shop!
