★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food for the breakfast and dinner was very good. The lunch seems not to be a main course there, they just try to get over it. It was very crowded in every part of building, the dinner room, the wellness part, the children player room, and was no free parking place just 200 m further at an external building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was clean, the aircon was broken whole weekend. The food is okay, althoug they do not have enough staff to clean the tables. The children playroom is good, but as there was no aircon we couldnt enjoy it
There is no enough parking space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel gained parallel good and bad points! The wellness is a bit poor, malfunctioning whirl functions of the pool all day on the weekend is a downside! The food was OK and tasty, the restarunt is a bit dark, it would deserve some extra natural light! The hotel lobby is beautifull and spacy, suggest to close the wellness door as all the moisture coming up kills the great feeling of sitting down in the lobby and Café bar the feeling is (like sitting in a rain Forrest). The massage was phenomenal for good value - if you like hard massage, go for Zsófia! The hotel would also deserve in some areas maintenance repairs, paint, furniture and view on broken door frames with hit marks is not so nice. A big negative for me was the beds and sheets on them...well in a 4 star Hotel you should not use bed sheets with holes! Overall evaluation: In general the hotel is a great choice for families with kids as there is a huge playground!

Cons:
- The most uncomfortable mattress that I ever experienced in a hotel
- Very narrow parking spaces
- Mediocre food at lunch, dinner and breakfast
- The cleaning staff yells so loud during work that I could understand it over the industrial vacuum they use. Woke my son

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is far from a normal 4* hotel. During our stay a guest was almost killed in the restaurant by a falling decoration glass. Also, there vas a bug in the cheese in the morning. The first room we got was extremely hot without an option to open the window or use the AC. Both the bathroom and the room was dirty by the time we arrived. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The only positive thing I can see is the staff who is friendly and kind beside the circumstances.

No one to speak English at Restaurant
Poor industrial dinner included in offer
Dinner closing is 9pm but replacing dinner by breakfast as from 8.30
Strong bleach smell in bedroom coming from pool
Room is correct for the price
Very small but clean
Parking is a mess as more cars than slots
Conclusion
When paying 45 euros half board
Most of the time it's cantine style
