★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 db függönyt rendeltünk, előre fizettük, amiről kaptunk is visszajelzést. Két hét (!) múlva felhívtam őket, mert a függönyök sehol, semmilyen email, sms, hívás, hogy mi a helyzet. Kiderült, hogy már nincs olyan anyaguk. A hölgy nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt, elvileg holnapra kapunk másik ajánlatot. De ha nem hívom fel őket, vajon soha nem hallunk többet a függönyeinkről?
We ordered 3 curtains, paid in advance, about which we also received feedback. Two weeks (!) Later I called them because the curtains were nowhere, no emails, sms, calls to see what was going on. It turned out that they no longer had such material. The lady was very kind and helpful, in principle we will get another offer for tomorrow. But if I don’t call them, won’t we ever hear more about our curtains?
