The first impression is important. For us, the first is now the last. Our friends lived here regularly while they were living in Cozar, eating and praising the prompt service. We decided to have lunch with them before the beach in Harkany, because they had a good time. We arrived in two installments. We wanted to wait for them at first, but we finally delivered them because 2 of the 3 children were very hungry. At 12:20, we placed a menu and two a la carte orders, thought the chicken stew would come out soon, and signaled that it would be for the kids, please get another plate. A few minutes later our friends arrived and they also ordered. We waited. We expected a lot. Then the a la carte order arrived. By that time, two servings of stew had expanded nowhere. Another of our acquaintances, who came well after us and had finished the main course, said that they could not ask for a stew because they had run out. I told her that we had specifically ordered it 65 minutes ago and we hadn't received it yet. It was time to talk to others, because the two older kids gave up waiting and running around, the little ones had to be taken to the car to suckle. Luckily my wife had time because her salmon was raw, so she didn't waste time eating because she didn't eat it. Finally, a waitress said that they had no stew, they could bring fish. When I asked to wait for it for 65 minutes and signaled that the kids would have it, somehow there were two servings of dry chicken breast slices, topped with paprika sauce and rice, which had little to do with ordering the roasted dumplings ... Finally, kids were eating biscuits in the car, and some succulent rice, the dry chicken left. At checkout they were asked if everything was okay. We said no. I said the above, which is all. the reaction was so sorry we were very many today ... after that we wanted to close the bill and then it turned out that it could not be because we did not speak in time ... because we complained it seems that time has passed. Okay, then I signaled that I would pay it all out and that we would break it down later, pay by card. Yeah, it can't be because he's been hit. Okay, but I have a card. From this side, a male waitress moaned, saying that you can't change it if I asked for it. I didn't ask for anything! They didn't even ask! When I said that, it couldn't be. We haven't had such a pathetic experience at a restaurant for years. During the time that I spent there for an hour and a half, I noticed that anyone who regularly had a menu there, finished it quickly, or brought a dish, would take it. But that a la carte isn't scandalous! And not putting up two menus and running out while we wait for that a la carte order is unacceptable. Never again here.
