It’s a fake hotel we booked a apartment and get the confirmation email also on the day of arrival no response of our phone . We dint find there place. Worst experience please be careful.

We found the reviews after booking this apartment so we were aware of that. It actually happened to us too. My friend and I called the host 24hr before check-in and he told us to come at 10am at the apartment. Everything seemed ok until we went there (we followed google maps), we called him again and he said wait 10 mins so we waited but he didn’t show up. We called him again and he said that we are at the wrong address and said something we don’t understand and he hung up the phone. He never pick up the phone again. I don’t know how other people can reach the place since the address on the google maps is wrong(as the host said).

This is the worst experience I've ever had with booking accommodation. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place! As per the booking instructions I called the apartment 24 hours in advance and spoke to the owner who was extremely rude and told me to call the same number when I am outside the following day at 4pm. Upon arriving to the address listed, I called the same number, and continued to do so over a 5 hour period from 4pm - 9pm. In total I made over 20 attempts, 3 times I received the message "Line Busy", and the other occasions, "Number not available, please try again later". As the property was a private apartment block, there was no reception or alternative information on how to contact the owner. Finally, we gave up and booked another hotel at our own expense. The owner did answer his phone the next morning, but refused to offer any explanation for not answering the day before, and only said "I do not need to pay" before quickly hanging up. As I had already pre-paid for the stay through an agent, I am still waiting for a refund, and do not know if I'll get my money back.

I had the worst experience with this host. I noticed him in the morning about my arrival time that it was around midnight: he said that I was supposed to call him once arrived so he could provide us the apartment's key. I tried to reach him by phone and firstly he did not answer, then he switched it off. It was a mess. My fiancé and I had to find an hotel in middle of the night and after hours of researches we got it. The day after we called him again trying to reach the apt. He said that the lady was outside but she was not and he was claiming that we were in the wrong district. So after it, via phone, he wanted us to go in a different place to get the key. When we asked simply "why?" since it was a different address from the one booked he told us to go in another hotel. We had to book a reservation for the rest of our staying in Budapest. This apartment should not exist since it is a fake. Attached all tries to reach him in night without luck and texts of his playing.

I had the most horrible experience, I wouldn't recommend this for my worst enemy either. Let me tell you why: 1. The address is not the one that is shown is way farther. 2. The guest doesn't respond any phone call, message, mail, nothing. 3. We waited for 5 HOURS to get our room. 4. Even after the wait and a lot of asking around for the person in charge with this so-called "3-star hotel", we couldn't get the room, because the lady in charge called us(from another number, of course) to tell us that our booking was cancelled(BUT NO MONEY IN RETURN). 5. We lost around 200 euros.

Hello everybody I live in innsbruck. 1.11.2021 ,i came to budapest after 12 hours being on the way. As I arrived, I called this man but he did not answer me . After 2 hours of waiting on the street and calling to Booking.com, Booking.com canceled the apartment for US. I should also say that I came to budapest with my wife who is carring 5 months baby and she is pregnant. Thanks god , nothing happened to my wife and my child. And thanks to my Dr who found a hotel for us very fast. This guy can not speak english and he has mental problems as I understood from 5 min talking with him. Please do nt rent anything from him and I share his number with all of you. Please be careful. David

SCAM - I had booked and paid for this accommodation, turned up on the day and there was no check in information so I tried calling the number provided multiple times but there was no answer. After around 2hrs of waiting on the street I received a call from a rude man who spoke very little English telling me they were full and I can't stay - I told him I had already paid but he said no they're all full and I need to find somewhere else. With nowhere to stay, I was then forced to book another hotel (at much higher rates now as booking on the day). The man has since ignored all my attempts at contact, so I am attempting to get a refund through the booking site. Avoid, this listing should be taken down from all booking sites.

About an hour upon arrival, I called the owner of the apartment in order to inform him about the time of arrival and to ask him to provide us with the key to enter the apartment. Again, there was no answer. Even after 3-4 calls, no one answered. We arrived in Budapest, parked in front of the building where the apartment is located, tried to get the owner again - but there was still no answer. There was a slight panic. The evening is here, the weather is bad and we are without accommodation. We are unsuccessfully trying to get the owner of the apartment to accommodate... Nobody accept my calls. The owner took the money and never answered to phone calls or messages. You can check all this by yourself if you visit only 3-4 well-known booking portals. Interestingly - those who managed to reach to his paid accommodations of this owner – they have mostly positive comments and give extremely high marks. He often change the names of the apartments, in order to hide the scams he commits.
