Avoid the place! They have no idea that service goes beyond renovated rooms and the superficial. They have misinformed me on where I can park my car at upon arrival even though I asked about the specific parking spot where my car was parking. I received a parking violation notice the following morning. They took the parking ticket from me and said they "will take care of it", I should not worry. Well, I got a roughly $100 fine. When I called them regarding the issue and in the following email conversation, they were overly defensive, used pseudo-politeness to cover their patronizing tone. Told me that their staff is highly trained and would "never" approve the parking spot I was parking at. Also, "I cannot prove" that the receptionist told me that that it is ok to park where I was parking, and repeatedly reminded me, it is not their responsibility for the guest to obey traffic rules. What should I do, record every conversation I have to prove that as a guest I am not a liar? Highly trained staff never ever make any mistakes? I got misinformed twice. Once at check-in once at check-out. Now I have to pay for being misguided. I do not remember the last time a receptionist struck a tone with me the way this guy did over the phone. By the way, I waited patiently for about 30 minutes at check-in, because they had one other party checking out.

Excellent hotel.Big rooms and bathrooms. A nice balcony with a small table, 2chairs and an ashtray for smokers. Good staff and very helpfully. NOT FOR DISABLED PEOPLE. TO go to the breakfast room you need to go down 7 stairs and climb 17. The rooms looking to the inner court are quieter.

It was a good value for money, could be 4 stars actually and not 3 as they say. Inside much better than outside, reception girls were sweet. The only point to improve on was a breakfast, while not bad, it could be a bit better they forgot to refill salads, juices, one espresso coffee machine isn't a good idea either -long line waiting line for it, even just to get a hot water for the tea, filter coffee pots would be a much better and more efficient solution and one hot water tank for the tea.

The hotel itself is very good. The rooms are big and spacious so as the bathroom. The breakfast was also great, the staff is exceptional, helpful etc. The only problem is that the rooms looking to the Kalvin ter are noisy since a club is also situated there thus loud music was heard til 2:30 am. This is not the hotels fault but affects the experience. I am not bothered by it I can sleep in noisy surrounding but if case you are ask for a room facing the opposite direction. Hopefully that will be more quite.

Rooms are clean and large. Everything you need. Only the breakfast could be improved and more attention that the other visitors are quiet after 10 pm

Great location, large and clean rooms, friendly staff. Comfortable bathroom and a coffee machine in the room.
