Finally a place where I could set up my chassis the way I should! The guy working there really understands his business. Since then, I also come here to rubberize.

Mikor odaértem senki sem volt a műhelyben, a nyitás 8:30-kor van. Nem értem miért van ez a lehetőség, ha nem működik a gyakorlatban. I was hurrying somewhere, so I was especially happy to be able to book a date online from morning to week. The time was confirmed by the system. When I arrived no one was in the workshop, opening at 8:30. I don't understand why this is the option if it doesn't work in practice.

Mindenkinek ajánlom, mivel precíz, pontos munkát végeznek és a személyzet is segítőkész, barátságos. Az áraik is teljesen elfogadhatók. Ha legközelebb is kellene állítani a futóművet, őket választom. I've been to them many times because of the chassis setup. They were always able to bet quickly. I recommend it to everyone as they do accurate, accurate work and the staff is helpful, friendly. Their prices are also perfectly acceptable. Next time I need to adjust the chassis, I choose them.

Először drágán dolgoztak, de az árak csökkentek, így elfogadható árakkal működnek. A very nice rubber company with helpful workers. Motorists arriving on time. No need to wait. They worked expensive at first, but prices have dropped so they work at reasonable prices.

A lefoglalt időpontok ellenére a szervizben közölték, hogy nem tudják megcsinálni a gumicserét, mert rossz (First Stop) weboldalon foglaltam időpontot. A hibát e-mailben jeleztem Chapó úr felé. Az üzenet elküldését követő 2 percen (!) belül hívott telefonon, és megbeszéltük a dolgot. Felajánlotta, hogy a győri szervizben elvégzik a gumicserét, amit sajnos nem tudtam egyéb elfoglaltságaim miatt elfogadni. Elmondta, hogy már több alkalommal kérte a First Stop weboldaláról az időpontfoglalás lehetőségének törlését, de semmi sem történt. Tehát ha ide szeretnétek foglalni, akkor a chaposzerviz.hu oldalon tegyétek! Maradok továbbra is elégedett ügyfelük! There was some problem booking the appointment. Despite the appointments booked, the service department said they could not do the tire change because I had booked an appointment on the wrong (First Stop) website. I reported the error to Mr. Chapó by email. He called on the phone within 2 minutes (!) Of sending the message and we discussed it. He offered to have his tire replaced at a service station in Győr, which unfortunately I could not accept due to my other occupations. He said he had asked the First Stop website several times to cancel the appointment option, but nothing happened. So, if you want to book here, do it on chaposzerviz.hu! I remain a satisfied customer!
M	Margit Gellai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Március 12.-én voltunk ebben a gumiszervízben. Sürgősen kellett (volna) az egyik autógumi cseréje, mert defektes lett. Sietnünk kellett (volna) tovább, mert időpontunk volt Sopronban. Közel 3 órahosszán keresztül „csücsültünk” ott ?, mivel nem volt náluk a raktáron olyan gumi, amely szükséges lett volna az autónkhoz. Nyilván időbe tellett, mire sikerült hosszú telefonálgatások után (péntek délután lévén) beszerezni a megfelelő gumit valahonnan, majd azt a műhelybe kiszállítani. Szeretnénk köszönetet mondani a személyzetnek az ebben nyújtott segítségért ?(értem ezalatt a műhelyben dolgozó munkásokat)! Továbbá szeretnénk köszönetet mondani az irodában dolgozó barna hajú Hölgynek ? (sajnos a nevét nem tudom), aki maximális kedvességről és ügyfél-orientáltságról tett tanúbizonyságot! És akkor most szeretném megemlíteni azt az „apró” momentumot, ami nagyon meghökkentett, illetve felháborított bennünket (kizárólag emiatt adtam 2-es értékelést…egyébként 4-est adtam volna...) : A szőke copfos „hölgy” velünk szemben tanúsított viselkedése ??!!! Ő folyamatosan ’fel s alá flangált’ a szervíz területén, ….(gondolom ő lehet ott a főnök, vagy nem tudom, hogy kicsoda…..de ez engem/minket nem is érdekel….!)…majd egyszercsak elkezdett felénk úgymond hadonászva mutogatni, és velünk ordítani, hogy: „Meddig tartjuk még itt fel a sort? Az ügyfelek miattunk folyamatosan elmennek…stb...”…Aztán miután mi meghökkentünk és próbáltunk szépen válaszolni, ő szóhoz sem akart bennünket juttatni, tovább folytatta a rikácsolást ?…. Nos… itt tudnék még kisregényt írni, de nem teszem. Azt gondolom, illetve hiszem, hogy úgymond nem érdemeltük ki azt a minősíthetetlen hangszínt…azt a modortalan, ellenséges, alpári és arrogáns stílust, amit ez a „hölgy” velünk szemben gyakorolt ?!! Felháborító, sértő és elkeserítő is!!! Szerintem elsősorban az ő feladata lenne☝️ a szervízben (főleg hogyha ott főnök-féle) példát statuálni; ügyfél-orientáltságot, kedvességet, stb….stb… tanúsítani…..! Ezzel be is fejezném a monológomat… Még egyszer köszönet a műhelyben dolgozó Fiúknak, és az irodában dolgozó Hölgynek! További jó munkát és minden jót kívánunk Nekik ?‍ ! We were at this tire service on March 12th. There was (and should be) an urgent need to replace one of the car tires because it got punctured. We had (should have) hurried on because we had a date in Sopron. For almost 3 hours, we “sat” there ? because they didn’t have the rubber in stock that would have been needed for our car. Apparently, it took time to get the right tire from somewhere after long phone calls (being Friday afternoon) and then deliver it to the workshop. We would like to thank the staff for their help in this ? (I mean the workers working in the workshop)! We would also like to thank the brown-haired Lady working in the office ? (unfortunately I don’t know her name) who testified to maximum kindness and customer orientation! And then I would like to mention the “tiny” moment that really amazed or outraged us (this is the only reason I gave a rating of 2… I would have given a rating of 4 anyway ...): The behavior of the “lady” of the blonde pigtail towards us ? !!! He kept 'fluttering down' in the service area, (. (I think he might be the boss there, or I don't know who he is… ..but I don't care about him!.!)… Then he suddenly started waving at us. pointing and yelling at us, “How long are we going to keep the line up here? Customers keep leaving because of us… etc ... ”… Then after we were amazed and tried to answer nicely, he didn’t want to give us a word, he continued to yell ?…. Well… I could still write a short novel here, but I don't. I think or believe that we have not, so to speak, deserved the unqualified tone… the immodest, hostile, Alpine and arrogant style that this “lady” has exercised against us ? !! It is also outrageous, offensive and frustrating !!! I think it would be primarily his job to set an example in the service (especially if there is a boss); customer orientation, kindness, etc.… .stb… certify… ..! That would end my monologue… Thanks again to the Boys working in the workshop and the Lady working in the office! We wish them more good work and all the best ?‍!
