Title: 'premium' bakery selling half baked breads. I went after reading an article and positive reviews below. Bought croissants, painn au chocolaits, diós csigás and a baguette. One line conclusion: either the bakery was weird just today if not they can't sell half baked products. The door of the bakery was full of condensation. Today's weather was 14.5 Celsius. Either it's very humid inside or the temperature difference with outside is huge. Judging by the inside temperature I think it was the humidity issue. If you know bread you can tell from photos that they are half baked. Croissant: very oily and greasy. Layer are not well developed. Feels heavy in hand. Pain au chocolait: half baked also layer are half developed. Very little chocolate for the price. Baguette: It is not very well developed. Very chewy and also half baked. When you smell it, it smells so sour. Taste sour as well. Even if they used sourdough this is not a quality product. Once again it was one bad day for the bakery or the article and reviews are false. Side note: hygiene is not present. Noticed a milk spoon for coffee that wasn't washed and left to air dry.

Service and food beyond your imagination! I come here few times a month. Pastry is very good, fresh, crispy and tasty. Sandwiches are very nice. Especially the one on the photo - it’s my favorite, with butter, jam, walnuts and brie. It tastes fantastic. Wide selection of coffee and super juices. Staff is polite and friendly. It’s nice to come and chitchat here. And also there’s a terrace to sit outside. If I could I’d give it 6 stars!
