Óriási meglepetésemre - előzetes egyeztetés nélkül - egyoldalúan módosították az általam kiválasztott fizetési módot a webáruházban leadott rendelésemnél. Tekintettel erre, máshol vettem meg a naplót. Ezek után, az ügyvezető volt megsértődve, hogy az általa megváltoztatott rendelésemre nem tartok igényt, és erről őt nem tájékoztattam! Rendelésem kezelése, az ügyvezető számonkérő stílusa és minősíthetetlen hangneme miatt a későbbiekben sem szándékozom a cégtől rendelni. I have been using company diaries for 10 years. I ordered this year as well, I wanted to arrange the product by cash on delivery. To my great surprise - without prior consultation - the payment method I chose was unilaterally changed for my order placed in the web store. With that in mind, I bought the diary elsewhere. After that, the manager was offended that I did not claim my order, which I changed, and I did not inform him about it! Due to the handling of my order, the accountable style and unqualified tone of the executive, I do not intend to order from the company in the future either.
