Not recommended if you don't wanna be treated like a stray dog. If the owner of this store reads this, I'd recommend finding better workers who actually wanna do and like their job.

They sell me the wrong carton box and then say they can't exchange it, even with the untouched box and ticket, and when the one I wanted was more expensive and I would obviously pay the rest. Now I'm leaving town with 200 cigarettes that I don't even like or want for anything because the staff was barely replying to me when I was buying and just chose the wrong shade of purple when I was ordering, since they don't seem to listen properly even when I asked three times with the international name. As a tobacco store owner from another country, I could understand if they were in a hurry and just made a small mistake, but the store was empty when I was there and they were being unhelpful and rude for no reason, even more now when I came back to ask for the exchange. If you don't know how to be polite, just find a different job because this one is clearly not the right one from my personal experience. As some other people have pointed out on the reviews, it seems it is NOT tourist-friendly, if at all.

You will find nothing special here. Everything you can find elsewhere or on the internet for far better prices. Personal is absolutely insulting and arrogant
B	B IM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broken cigars are not returned. 5 cigars in the box had a broken wrap. A lot of money wasted. Absolutely no cooperation of the personal. My advice? Turn around and run. Absolutely a NO GO!

Had some good recommendations and while the offer is somehow limited, the quality was good and everything I bought smoke well. Prices are more than reasonable. Some people complain about the speed of service, but they are understaffed and work long hours which is not their fault and run both a regular Tabaco store and the humidor.

Very helpful staff and friendly as well. selection of all cigars, mostly nicaragua cigars, also having a cuban cigars as well, good brands of cutters and lighters with reasonable prices. Brand such as Xikar, Colibri and off course St Dupont. Cigars I recommend from this Cigar Tower: Dirty rat Bolivar Liga privade Camacho …. Very helpful and friendly staff….
