Hamarosan megkaptam e-mailben a számlát, és 9-én érdeklődtem, hogy mikor kapom meg; kértem, hogy minél hamarabb. Válaszoltak, hogy csomagolás alatt van, még aznap átadják a futárcégnek, megnyugodtam. A cipő helyett azonban 10-én csak egy mínuszos (jóváíró?) számlát kaptam e-mailben. Azóta se egy magyarázat, se a cipő, se a visszautalás nem érkezett meg. Csalódtam, nem ajánlom a kereskedőt senkinek. I ordered a shoe on March 8th, which I also paid for online when I ordered it. I soon received the invoice via email and on the 9th I inquired when I would receive it; I asked that as soon as possible. They replied that it was under packaging, it would be handed over to the courier company that day, I was reassured. However, instead of the shoes, on the 10th I only received one minus (creditor?) Invoice in the email. Since then, no explanation, no shoes, no referrals have been received. I was disappointed, I would not recommend the dealer to anyone.

A szállítási díjszabályozás is nagyon kedvező! The shoes arrived in the right size in one day. The quality is very good, as it was presented on the website. I will order from here another time. Cserét kértem, fotókat kértek a rossz méretű cipőről..ezután telefonáltak,hogy nincs meg a 39 méretű cipő.4 napja visszaküldtem a cipőt,de a pénzt nem utalták még vissza..14 napon belül fogják..ők hibáztak,én várok a pénzemre. If there was a zero rating, they would get it. I ordered 39 size shoes, 38 sizes were sent. I asked for a replacement, they asked for photos of the wrong size shoes..then they called that I didn't have the 39 size shoes.4 days ago I sent the shoes back but the money wasn't returned yet..they will make a mistake..it made a mistake, I'm waiting for my money .
M	Márta Kissné Nyári on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gyors reagálás az érdeklődésre. Gyors volt a csere,( méretprobléma miatt,másik cipőt választottam) ez mind pozitív. Viszont 1 hét után levált a cipő talpa. Nem küldöm vissza,mert már annyit nem ér az egész. A cserénél a futár díját fizettem,mégegyszer nem fizetek érte. Egy kicsit csalódott vagyok. Hiába jó az ügyintézés,ha a termék minősége kifogásolható. Quick response to inquiries. The change was quick, (due to a size problem, I chose another shoe) it was all positive. However, after 1 week, the soles of the shoes came off. I'm not sending it back because it's not worth it anymore. I paid the courier fee for the exchange, again I don’t pay for it. De mivel minőségileg is elég gyengének ítéltem meg a cipőt, így a visszaküldést választottam, amin persze buktam 2000 Ft-ot. Ez van, ha az interneten akar az ember cipőt venni. ? Van ami valóságban nagyobb,van ami kisebb ! Viszonylag gyors a szállítás és 11 000 ft. felett nincs posta költség ! A cipők tényleg úgy néznek ki ,mint a képen, sőt van amelyik jobban ! Ami szerintem jó volna,ha cserénél nem kellene fizetni csere díjat ! Alapjában véve elégedett vagyok!
