Mivel több cipőt is szerettem volna felpróbálni, így rám parancsolt, hogy írjam le egy papírra, hogy mit szeretnék és majd csak utána lesz türelme ezzel foglalkozni... Ezek után úgy éreztem, hogy nekem nincs szükségem arra, hogy bárki így beszéljen velem, mikor én tisztelettudóan viselkedek mindenkivel, bármilyen helyzetről is legyen szó. Bármilyen jó termékekkel is szolgál ez az üzlet, ilyen kiszolgálás mellett a vásárlókat csak elijeszteni lehet. A few months ago I was "lucky" to get into the store. The seller behaved abusively and humiliatingly with other buyers. Since I wanted to try more shoes, so I was told to write down on a paper what I wanted and then I would have the patience to deal with it… I behave respectfully with everyone, whatever the situation. Whatever good products this business serves, such a service can only scare away customers.

Tájékoztattak, hogy nincs és már nem is lesz, mert kifutó modell és a weben sem volt, hiába néztem még napokon át. Azért csak bementem, hogy nézzek egy hasonlót. Beszélgetve az értékesítő hölggyel és elmesélve a sztorimat, Ő csak hátrament és megnézte, hogy az adott méretből van-e készlet. Ugyan vállat vonva mondhatta volna, hogy nincs, de Ő csak megnézte =) Mindez 2018.12.06-án történt. Köszönöm Neki! Cseppet sem vásárlóbarát nyitvatartási idő, gyakorlatilag csak az Angyalföld-külsőn dolgozóknak elérhető. Gondolom terlik a vevőket a csomagpontok felé. Ami rendben is lenne, de azért hogy egy levelet sincs kapacitásuk küldeni, hogy átvehetem a cuccot! A pultnál dolgozó nő egyenként szaladgál be az áruért, ha próbál egy vevő, akkor lehet, hogy fél órán át fenntartja asort imigyen. Persze tiszta idegroncs emiatt, úgyhogy befejeztem velük. Az egyik cipő nem lett jó, szerettem volna kicserélni, ám sem az emailre, sem a Facebook üzenetre nem érkezett válasz. Sajnálom nagyon. Online rendelés és fizetés után sem a termék nem érkezett meg, sem a válasz az emailre, amiben a problémát jeleztem. A GLS szerint a csomagot még át sem adták nekik. Nem a késedelmes szállítással van a baj, hanem azzal, hogy semmilyen értesítést nem küldenek, a cég elérhetetlen. Egyedül szolgálja ki a vásárlókat, egymaga rohangál a raktárba (kicsi, nagy, nyom, szűk...) ráadásul a számlákat is egymaga készíti. Kerek egy órát vártam arra, hogy megrendelésem átvehessem... (csak 4-en voktak előttem) BORZALOM... Ez a vásárlók semmibe vétele. Erre posztra oda a pult mögé minimum két fő illene, de három is elférne... szlogennek javaslom: Kussolsz, vársz, fizetsz... Order online with personal receipt at Teve Street "shop". NEVER!!! Unlucky Lady behind the counter, alone! Főleg, hogy ma, mielőtt elmentem volna az Alleeba, gondoltam elugrok ebbe az üzletbe. Persze így már nem érek oda a boltba, átutaztam a városon, konkrétan oda megyek ahol az üzlet már nagyon közel lenne, cipőm se lett és még egy telefonszám sincs fent sehol hogy megtudjam meddig vannak nyitva. Nyilván nem itt a googleban feltüntetett időben. Szóval nagyon pro, köszönöm szépen! It is so good that Teve Street is listed on our website under our stores. Míg a raktárból kikért lábbelik között válogattam, az eladó hölgy Kati, olyan színvonalú kiszolgálást prezentált, hogy azon kezdtem gondolkodni, miként leshetnék el egy-két fogást. Mire a fizetésig eljutottunk be kellett látnom, hogy ez nem olyasvalami amit tanulni lehet. Az élmény miatt mellyel gazdagabb lettem, biztosan visszatérek még! Unfortunately, I had to claim the goods and even though I sent the goods from Czech Republic I got my money back within one month. I will for sure shop here again.
