BACKGROUND TO THE CASE: This morning, I lined up with the others for the vending machine queue because there have been virtually no cashiers since the first weeks of opening. At the machines of automatic cash registers, we have to paralyze and learn how to handle them. I don’t really want to learn how to use these. It is none of my business. But today a construction worker was standing in front of me two and trying to pay for his breakfast. He was in a hurry and I think he not only wanted to buy the food but also to eat it. The selection is small and expensive but demanding, you can usually move fast.

Several bakery products did not enter the label printing system after 1 year, so it is not possible to label the product with a barcode so that it can be read at the self-service checkout. I signaled several times in vain. Since then, I’ve been eager to steal my grandmother’s croissant for less than a quarter of the price.

The selection is good, from some product groups, eg baked goods, seeds, vegetables, fruits. You can also get hot, ready meals, it is always good to have a meal for an emergency! The staff is nice, although sometimes a bit slow. But that’s not too much trouble either, because there’s usually not a lot of crowd, especially on weekends. Of course, if BudaPart integrates better, it will probably change.
