★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Borzalmas. A telefonban a hölgy tuskón szól az emberhez, nem igazán érti meg, hogy mit akarsz neki mondani. Lekezelő stílus… Mondom na majd a taxiban. A taxisofőr is olyan lekezelő volt, hogy az valami hihetetlen. Ha lehet ne hívd őket, válassz másik társaságot.
 Terrible. On the phone, the lady talks to the man in a log, she doesn’t really understand what you want to tell her. Handler style… I'll say in the taxi. The taxi driver, too, was so condescending that it was something incredible. If possible, don't call them, choose another company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A taxi rendelés menete nem működött, senki sem vette fel a telefont többszöri hívás ellenére sem. Nem értem, hogy miért hirdetnek meg telefonos rendelési lehetőséget, ha senki sem ül a telefon mellett taxis csúcsidőben. Ez alapján nem ajánlom ezt a taxi szolgáltatást. Lehet, hogy egyszeri eset volt, de én pont akkor nagyon kellemetlennek éltem meg.
The taxi ordering process did not work, no one picked up the phone despite repeated calls. I don’t understand why they advertise by phone order if no one is sitting next to the phone in taxi rush hour. Based on this, I do not recommend this taxi service. It may have been a one-time incident, but I felt very uncomfortable right then.
