★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eddig elég jól működött, de mostanában valami elromlott. Az ebédet rendszeresen későn hozzák - a megadott időn túl. Így bizonytalan, hogy hozzák-e egyáltalán. A megadott telefonokon sem elérhetőek.
E-mailre sincs semmi reakció. Úgy tűnik, a futárok sincsenek a helyzet magaslatán - mintha nem ismernék a terepet. És túl nagy a fluktuáció, talán ez is a gond.
It’s worked pretty well so far, but something has gone wrong lately. Lunch is regularly delivered late - beyond the allotted time. So it is uncertain whether they will bring it at all. They are also not available on the specified phones.
There is no reaction to e-mail either. Couriers don’t seem to be at the height of the situation either - as if they don’t know the terrain. And the fluctuation is too much, maybe that's the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Évek óta innen hordatom az ebédet. Vannak napok, mikor nem tudok választani, de általában kevés. 24 napig biztosan innen ebédelek. Ha kitapasztalja az ember az étlapot, akkor finom és bőséges ételhez tud hozzájutni Debrecenben a legolcsóbban. Elég tapasztalatot szereztem már, mert ez a negyedik hely, amit kipróbáltam, s itt is maradtam. Nekem a kommunikációval semmi bajom sincsen, még mindig sikerült elintéznem, amit szerettem volna akár telefonon, akár emailben. Csak ajánlani tudom akkor is, ha népkonyhai feladatokat is ellátnak, mert az nem ugyanaz, mint a rendszeres ebédrendelés. A vezető is kedves, segítőkész, miután már vele is tárgyaltam.
I've been carrying lunch from here for years. There are days when I can’t choose, but usually few. I'm sure I'll have lunch from here for 24 days. If you experience the menu, you can get delicious and plentiful food in Debrecen at the cheapest price. I’ve had enough experience since this is the fourth place I tried and stayed here. I have no problem with communication, I still managed to arrange what I wanted either by phone or email. I can only recommend it even if they also perform folk kitchen tasks because it is not the same as ordering regular lunch. The manager is also kind, helpful after I have already talked to him.
