A gepjarmuvon lathato 7 ev garancia felirat igy felrevezeto, akar szandekosan megteveszto is lehet !!! Honlapon kivalasztottam, telefon, 2 nap mulva felmertek az igenyeket, eloleg atadas ( amirol hivatalos szamlat adtak!!!), es meg 3 hetbe se kerult a beszereles. A munka minosege kifogastalan, gyorsak, precizek, maguk utana minden szemetet osszetakaritanak. A tobbi ablakunkat is veluk csereltetjuk ki. I'm very pleased. The only company in Debrecen that has a website is the price, so you do not have to think when you get up. I selected it on the website, phone, after 2 days the needs were surveyed, it was pre-paid (which gave me an official bill !!!), and it did not take 3 weeks to install. The quality of the work is impeccable, fast, precise, and they clean up all trash after you. We will replace our other windows with them.

A kivitelezés pocsék. 15 cm purhab réteg van az ablak körül, a vízzáró réteg kimaradt, ezáltal beázik az ablak alatti rész. Amikor ezt szóvátettem, az ügyvezető kizavart az üzlet területéről. E-mailre nem válaszolnak, számla helyett csak munkalapot adnak, így bújva ki a garancia alól. A kompromisszum készség hiánya miatt kénytelen voltam jogi útra terelni az ügyet. 2020.10.13. Kedves Vona Szabolcs! A beázás 2016 óta folyamatosan fent áll. A tető szerkezet, bádogozas helyreállítása és javítása hosszas huzavona után 2020-ban megtörtént a társasház megbízásából. Ezt követően elvegeztem a lakáson belüli helyreállítást 2020 májusában. A fotó ekkor készült és nem a beépítést követően, ugyanis esztétikai okok miatt levételre került az önök által felhelyezett legalább 7 cm széles takarószegély, ami alatt ezt a hatalmas réteg purhabot találtam, a szegély cseréje a felújítás után megtörtént, viszont az ablak az első esőzés alkalmával újra beázott! Az ács mester újra megnézte és tájékoztatott, hogy a tető miatt nem történhetett a beázás. A megrendelő nem én voltam, tisztában vagyok vele, viszont a lakás egyik tulajdonosaként jogom van látni a beépített ablak számláját, amelyet eddig senki nem mutatott be, annak ellenére, hogy többször kértem. Alpári viselkedés? Hitel rontás? Vona úr legyen szíves megmagyarázni, hogy a vélemény megírása előtt önök részére küldött, 2 emailemre miért nem kaptam azóta sem választ, annak ellenére, hogy a cég honlapján szereplő 4 email cím mindegyikére megküldtem? Ott miért nem kaphattam meg ezt a tájékoztatást? A válasz nélkül hagyott 2 emailem után az üzletbe bemenve, kulturáltan a megrendelő lap bemutatása után kértem, hogy legyenek szívesek a hozzá tartozó számla tőpéldányának másolatát bemutatni. Ezt követően ön, a probléma megkérdezése nélkül közölte, hogy "takarodjatok ki a telepemről". Véleményem szerint én soha nem voltam alpári önnel, egy egyszerű tájékoztatást és segítséget szerettem volna kérni és kompromisszumos megoldást találni, amelyben Vona úr nem volt partner. Válaszában elismeri, hogy pocsék munkát végeztek, az lett volna a minimum, hogy meghallgat és segít megoldást találni a problémára. A magyar alkotmány 61. § (1) a vélemény nyilvánítás szabadságáról szól. Ezt, kérem tanulmányozza Vona úr! Én elmondtam a véleményem, egy erre rendszeresített felületen. Nem állítottam valótlant, ön is elismert, hogy nem ez volt a legjobb munkájuk... Amennyiben hajlandó bocsánatot kérni korábbi viselkedéséért, úgy hajlandó vagyok megbeszélni ezt önnel diszkréten. Az egyik véleményezőnek azt írták, hogy csak a törvény által előírt 1 év garanciát vállalnak minden termékükre! Melyik az igaz? Ha baj van az ablakkal 1 év, ha nincs 7 év? Vagy a reklám csak beetetés? Mert a véleményeket és a válaszukat olvasva ez elég érdekes... Nagyon jó minőségű, igényes kialakítású termékeket fogalmaznak, könnyű volt választani közülük, mert az alkalmazottaik korrekt módon tájékoztatást tudnak adni a termékekről. Személyesen felmérték a cserélendő nyílászárókat és egyúttal segítséget és magyarázatot is kaptam a lehető legjobb eredmény érdekében. A nyílászárók legyártása az ígért határidőn belül készen volt, rugalmasak voltak a beszerelés időpontjával kapcsolatban is. Előre sajnáltam a munkásokat, mert tudtam, sok kihívással fognak találkozni a ház egyedi megoldásai miatt. Meglepetésemre semmilyen nehézséget nem jelentett a csapatnak. 4 órán belül kivették a régi ablakokat és be is építették az újakat a redőnyökkel + szép rendet hagytak, összeszedték a hulladékokat és összeseperték a port is! Másnap 4 óra alatt kijavították a bontással járó hibákat. Nagyon meg vagyok a céggel elégedve, mert mindenben rugalmasak és segítőkészek voltak, az alkalmazottaik tapasztalt szakemberek. Igényes munkájukat a jó hangulat kísérte, külön köszönöm a jó társágukat. Ár érték arányban szerintem a legjobbak országos szinten. Bárkinek tudom ajánlani, szerintem nagyon profi csapat. Habár az én esetem családi házról szólt, biztos vagyok benne, hogy bármilyen minőségű (új, régi) épület esetében hasonlóan szuper munkát végeznek. I personally assessed the windows to be replaced and at the same time I received help and explanation for the best possible result. The production of the doors and windows was completed within the promised deadline, and they were also flexible with regard to the date of installation. I felt sorry for the workers in advance because I knew they would face many challenges because of the unique solutions in the house. To my surprise, it didn’t present any difficulty for the team. Within 4 hours the old windows were taken out and the new ones were installed with the shutters + they left a nice order, they collected the rubbish and they dusted it down too! The breakdown errors were fixed in 4 hours the next day. I am very pleased with the company because they were flexible and helpful in everything, their employees are experienced professionals. Their demanding work was accompanied by a good atmosphere, special thanks to their good company. In terms of value for money, I think they are the best nationwide. I can recommend it to anyone, I think it is a very professional team. Although my case was about a family house, I’m sure they do a similarly super job for any quality (new, old) building.
