I was at her facial cleansing and I am maximally satisfied. Because of my wide pores, I have to repeat treatments often. It was especially difficult to remove blackheads in my ears, but unlike other cosmetics, I did the cleansing in half as much time and almost painlessly. Before that I even got a 20 minute facial massage :)

Shame on the make-up profession and the service industry! Simán Claudia, who works here and imagines herself to be a make-up artist, but is light years old, testified to an infinitely primitive human attitude and professional incompetence. I signed up for WEDDING makeup (although I wouldn’t have done it!) And repeatedly urged her to take on my makeup only if I could count on her exact appearance because the time available was very calculated. The day before the wedding, I called once again to tell you how important the exact start of the next day is to me. The next day at the agreed time, the salon was closed, and on my phone call he announced with the greatest peace of mind and in the most bored voice that he would be late. After the promised 10 minutes, he still couldn’t show up, and on another phone call, it turned out there would be another 10 minutes to get there. He didn't even apologize by accident. He had a hard time arriving: pouting, puffing, opening the store door without saying goodbye, not even looking at me - even he was outraged! After 20 minutes, she slammed together a make-up that had no element that would have been okay. Applying the primer unevenly - I had to fix it - the eyeshadow smeared and swirled when I was sitting in the chair (there were black spots under my eyes several times later in the day) - it didn't bother me at all, I risk not noticing how unpretentious work finished. He was no longer tired of putting on primer, concealer, powder. What she did was not makeup - especially not wedding - but a joke !!! Meanwhile, he was insulted throughout, in an unclassifiable style. He did surprisingly undemanding work that could not be called a service, accompanied by unacceptable behavior. I do not recommend to anyone! If I could, I would give it 0 stars.
