★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon udvariatlan és hozzánemértő személyzet, az uniós tajszámot az egyik nem tudja, nem is akarja értelmezni, sőt 2 nap próbálkozás után se ment a patikusnak. SZÉGYEN hogy egy képzetlen patikus miatt valaki nem kapja meg a gyógyszerét.. 2004 óta vagyunk Uniòs tagok, azóta lett volna pár év megtanulni a rendszert . (a hétvégi kolléganőnek meg egy kis vásárlói érzékenyitő tréninget javaslok illetve az elnézést szó használatát !)
The staff is very rude and incompetent, one of them does not know or does not want to interpret the EU milk number, and even after 2 days of trying it did not go to the pharmacist. It's a shame that someone doesn't get their medicine because of an untrained pharmacist. (I suggest the weekend colleague and a little customer sensitization training and the use of the word sorry!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az éjszakás szőke eladónak, aki feltételezem tulajdonos társ vagy vezető, egyáltalán nem való ez a szakma. Este vásároltam, vény nélkül kapható terméket. A vásárlás után 5 perccel visszamentem, hogy sajnos rosszat kértem. Kikértem azt amit eredetileg kellett volna, majd elkezdett pofákat vágni, holott nem kértem a sztornót… majd nekiáll panaszkodni, hogy az egyik vevő számlát akar, a másik (én) sztornót. Megkértem, hogy legyen szíves ne vágjon pofákat és beszéljen velem rendesen, mert én is így tettem. Majd neki áll feljebb, hogy én idehozok egy összegyűrt blokkot, amit a könyvelőjének 5 évig meg kell őriznie. Miután felhúztam magam a flegmaságán, ami véleményem szerint indokolatlan volt, megmondtam neki, hogy ha nem tud a vevőkkel normálisan beszélni, keressen magának mást… tovább magyarázott, de mondtam neki, hogy hagyjuk egymást békén, adja ide amiért jöttem és felejtsük el egymást. Nem kértem a sztornót, így inkább azt is megvettem amit véletlenül rosszul kértem, csak azért, hogy őnagyságának nehogy le kelljen sztornóznia egy tételt… nevetséges ez a hozzáállás. Alapvetően nyugodt természetű vagyok, de ahogy lenézett és ahogy beszélt velem, majdnem kirángattam az átadó ablakon.

I asked for what I should have originally and then started making faces, even though I didn’t ask for the reversal… then he started complaining that one buyer wanted an invoice, the other (me) a reversal. I asked you not to make faces and talk to me properly because I did the same. Then it’s up to him to bring me a crumpled block that his accountant has to keep for 5 years. After pulling myself up on her phlegm, which I thought was unreasonable, I told her that if she couldn’t talk to customers normally, look for something else… she explained further, but I told her to leave each other alone, give me what I came for and forget each other. I didn’t ask for the cancellation, so I rather bought what I accidentally asked for wrongly, just so that His Majesty wouldn’t have to cancel a lot… that attitude is ridiculous. I’m basically calm in nature, but as he looked down and as he talked to me, I almost pulled him out the handing window.
