★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A megbízási szerződés 2.13 pontja tartalmazza, hogy: " A Megbízó köteles minden hatóságtól kapott irat (értesítés, jegyzőkönyv, határozat stb.) másolatát haladéktalanul - azaz az átvételt követő munkanapon - a Könyvelőnek továbbítani. Abban az esetben, ha a Megbízó nem időben továbbítja a kapott iratot a Könyvelőnek, a késedelemből eredő következmények (pl. mulasztási bírság) a Megbízót terhelik."
Továbbá a megbízási szerződés 2.3 és 2.4 pontja tartalmazza, hogy bárminemű adatváltozásról (pl. cégbírósági bejegyzés, adóhatósági és tb státusszal kapcsolatos változás, stb.) 3 munkanapon belül kell a Könyvelőt értesíteni.
A szerződés 4.2 pontja azt is tartalmazz, hogy: "Megbízott a feladat ellátása körében bizonyíthatóan általa okozott kárért felelősséggel tartozik és kijelenti, hogy az ezzel kapcsolatban Megbízóra kirótt bírságot, büntetést átvállalja."
Az iroda könyvelői felelősségbiztosítással rendelkezik.
