Elvittem másik szerelőhöz aki összesen bruttó 8000.- ért megcsinálta fele idő alatt, és kiderült hogy nem is az a hibája amit itt megállapítottak. Kidobatták volna velem a méregdrága klímát.

Horrible customer service! You cannot receive information about an ongoing order for weeks. They do not reply to e-mails, although they are available by phone, they only promise, but they will not call you back to inform you about the arrival time of the ordered and paid price.
