B	Balázs Grosz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are clean and well equipped. The food in the restaurant are tasty. The massage and the sauna is recommended. I gave just 3 stars for the place because expect the housekeepers the waiters, the receptionist, the pool staff were cold and unconcerned.

We have 4 people from Vietnam, with lots of luggage (6x20kg), but the receptionist (a young male) didn't come to see the luggage, then to call the person who came to help us bring us to the 3rd floor ... he said I had to bring all the luggage in for him to see and bring it outside (if he just walked out of the counter and looked it would be perfect , only 2 meters away) .... Also, wifi every time to log in, television is too old and all have to pay.
S	Szabó Orsi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the beauty of the surroundings and the great amenities were overshadowed by the reluctant, unkind or even rude behaviour of the staff. :( I was literally SHOUTED by one member to discipline my kids. (They giggled and played really loud in the pool with their father.) No smiles, no hospitality: at least half of the staff dislikes their job and the guests. We fled to Hotel Kolping (5km away) to have a nice wellness. I could list a good bunch of likes too, but it does not change the fact that I felt really uncomfortable here and could not wait to leave.

Some services could be improved, like the tennis club on which the owner is extremely unfriendly, or the bar where we could feel that we were not welcomed 25 minutes before closure (21.35). Overall a very good experience.
S	Sarah F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great holiday here. We visited off peak (October) so the outdoor pools were closed and drained, but the indoor pool was great and quiet probably due to the season. No issue with children using the indoor pool. Animals proved hours of fun for the children and the location is fantastic for exploring Heviz and lake Balaton. Apartments were basic but very clean and beds were comfy. Bathrooms could really do with updating but that is my only criticism. More modern facilities would have got the fifth star.
