V	Viktoria A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliches Personal, wurden beim Eingang nicht einmal freundlich empfangen, sondern gleich abgewiesen, NUR weil ein Hund bei uns dabei war, da angeblich diese Pension "nicht hundefreundlich" ist!!! ABER auf ihrer Website steht, dass sie HUNDEFREUNDLICH sind!!! Wenn das so ist, dann bitte diese Infomation aktualisieren, weil das ist nicht akzeptabel und eine Fehlinformation für Ihre Kunden!!! Sie sollten sich wirklich schämen, weil wir sind extta aus einem anderen Land für eine Feier hier in Mogyorosbanya gekommen, alle kennen sich untereinander und trotzdem konnten sie nicht hilfreich sein, es gab keine Lösung! Und außerdem wären wir nur schnell im Zimmer gewesen zum herrichten für die Feier, dann vielleicht 5 Stunden für 1 Nacht übernachten und dann wieder nach Hause. Und ich bitte Sie, was für ein Problem macht ein kleiner Zwergdackel für Sie?!? Wenn Sie ja laut Website eine "ach so hundefreundliche Pension" sind???? Eine Schande ist auch, dass sie nicht einmal einen hilfreichen Tipp für uns geben konnten, über eventuelle Möglichkeiten, wo wir stattdessen problemlos übernachten könnten mit einem kleinen Hund....der einzige Tipp, der von Ihnen kam, war jener, dass wir einfach unseren Hund draußen auf der Straße lassen sollen...sind sie behindert?!?!??!?!?!? Wie herzlos kann man bitte sein, dass man einen Hund einfach draußen lässt in einem fremden Dorf??? Das ist nicht Normal! DANKE FÜR NICHTS! Dieses Hotel kann man NICHT weiter empfehlen, erstens wegen dem Hundeproblem und zweitens wegen ihrer unfreundlichen und rassistischen Art uns gegenüber, nur weil wir jung sind und aus Österreich kommen. Schämen sie sich!!! Wenn ich könnte, würde ich 0 Sterne geben! Very unfriendly staff, were not even greeted in a friendly manner at the entrance, but turned away immediately, ONLY because we had a dog with us, as this pension is said to be "not dog-friendly"!!! BUT their website says they are DOG FRIENDLY!!! If so, please update this information as this is unacceptable and misinformation for your customers!!! They should really be ashamed because we came extta from another country for a celebration here in Mogyorosbanya, everyone knows each other and yet they couldn't be of any help, there was no solution! And besides, we would have just been in the room quickly to get ready for the party, then maybe stay 5 hours for 1 night and then go home again. And I ask you, what problem does a miniature dachshund cause for you?!? If you are an "oh so dog friendly guest house" according to their website???? It's also a shame that they couldn't even give us a helpful tip about possible places where we could easily stay instead with a small dog....the only tip they gave was that we just should leave our dog outside in the street...are they disabled?!?!??!?!?!? How heartless can you be to just leave a dog outside in a strange village??? That's not normal! THANKS FOR NOTHING! You can NOT recommend this hotel, firstly because of the dog problem and secondly because of their unfriendly and racist manner towards us, just because we are young and come from Austria. Shame yourself!!! If I could I would give 0 stars!
B	Butz Boro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren das erste Mal dort mit Freunden aufgrund einer Empfehlung weil wir einen Geburtstag dort in der Nähe feiern wollten. Unsere Freunde sind ungarisch und haben für uns übersetzt. Wir wurden gleich bei der Tür wie Fremde behandelt und durften mit unseren ungarischen Freunden die einen Dackel Hund haben,nicht einen Schritt weiter gehen. Wir haben gesagt wir sind normale Leute und der Hund ist brav und klein. Auf der Seite steht hundefreundlich, davon haben wir überhaupt nichts gemerkt. Uns wurde gesagt hier darf nur die elite rein. Wir haben um eine Lösung oder Vorschlag gebeten aber das einzige was angeboten wurde ist gehen oder den Hund draussen lassen. Wer lässt seinen Hund auf der strasse und schläft um hotel? Ich arbeite seit 10 Jahren im Service mit Kundenkontakt im Luxus und würde mich nie trauen so mit Kunden umzugehen. Uns wurde nicht einmal ein anderes hotel vorgeschlagen. Wir sind aus Wien und haben uns wirklich sehr schlecht behandelt gefühlt und werden es nicht empfehlen. Wir konnten dann selber ein anderes hotel finden und dort war der Service und Umgang mit Kunden top. We went there for the first time with friends based on a recommendation because we wanted to celebrate a birthday nearby. Our friends are Hungarian and translated for us. We were treated like strangers right at the door and weren't allowed to go a step further with our Hungarian friends who have a dachshund dog. We said we are normal people and the dog is nice and small. The site says dog friendly, we didn't notice that at all. We were told only the elite are allowed in here. We asked for a solution or suggestion but the only offer was leave or leave the dog outside. Who leaves their dog on the street and sleeps around the hotel? I have been working in luxury service with customer contact for 10 years and would never dare to deal with customers in this way. We weren't even suggested another hotel. We are from Vienna and felt really badly treated and will not recommend it. We were then able to find another hotel ourselves and the service there and dealing with customers was great.

Külön nekünk vacsora is készült, amit előre jeleztük a szallásfoglalásnál. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat! Köszönjük szépen We stayed here during a blue hike. We got a spacious comfortable room and a rich breakfast. We also had dinner for us, which we indicated in advance at the time of booking the accommodation. We had a lot of fun! thank you very much

Jelenleg csak szombat és vasarnap van nyitva, de érkezés előtt nem árt telefonon asztalt foglalni, mert telt házzal üzemelnek. Nagyon ízletes ételeket kaptunk, kiváló minőségben és megfelelő adagokban. Ár-érték arányban az egyik legjobb, ahol manapság jártunk! Csak ajánlani tudom!! This family catering unit has proven to be a good choice. It is currently only open on Saturdays and Sundays, but it is not a good idea to book a table by phone before arrival, as they operate with a full house. We got very tasty food, in excellent quality and in the right portions. Value for money is one of the best we've been to today! I can only recommend!!

Közölték velünk ez a panzió csak ELIT embereknek való.Sajnos nagyon lekezelően és elutasitóan bántak velünk. Azok után muszáj volt egy másik hotelt keresnünk pedig foglalásunk volt itt. Aki teheti válasszon egy másik panziót! We arrived very unfriendly when we arrived, and it is advertised on their website that animal friends could not even get our feet in with our dog. They told us this boarding house is only for ELITE people. Unfortunately we were treated very contemptuously and dismissively. After that we had to look for another hotel and we had a reservation here. Who can choose another pension!
