★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tisztaság nem a hely előnye. A medencetér egyenesen gusztustalan, fele a nyugágyaknak használhatatlan, de ott vannak hagyva széttörve a medence körül. A szobákban sem jobb a helyzet. A WC iszonyat büdös, a zuhanykabin gombás/ penészes, az ajtaja zárhatatlan.
Érkezéskor egy fanszőrzet fogadott az ágyban egy hajszállal együtt és még tudnám folytatni a felsorolást..
 Cleanliness is not an advantage of space. The pool area is downright tasteless, half of the sun loungers are unusable, but they are left shattered around the pool. The situation is no better in the rooms. The toilet stinks terribly, the shower cabin is mushroom / moldy, the door is unlockable.
Upon arrival, I received a fan coat in bed with a hair and I could go on and on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is located 50m down street from Club MenDan Magic and is clean with enough free guest parking. Check in is quick and 2 ladies are pleasant,polite and speak Hungarian only which is not a major issue. Elevator buttons show 9 floors in hotel that has onlu 4 fl. Studio is 20sqm w.terrace ,clean, well equiped for 3 guests. King bed is firm and comfy with xtra corner sofa big enough for another person. Internet is slow (0.08dwnld/0.02upld Saturday 9pm and 1.8/0.9 this 8 am). One can use MUCH faster net at MD Club the street with same credentials.
Entering shower 50cm opening is sideways and tight for big folks.
Hotel has a pool as well as easy access to other spas for different prices. Sulfur water smell is noticable but thats reason why folks come here. Park,lake and restaurants are all in 200m range and very nicely arranged and maintained.
If planning to visit Zalakaros Furdo( the biggest pool/spa Ctr.)this hotel does not provide tickets or discounts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Nothing. Negative: Stayed for 9 nights, was only cleaned once in this time. Only had change of towel once as well.nothing in English or German. Television fell on floor when balcony door knocked unit, should have been secured. Overall the building is shabby and needs a lot of work. Not in a hurry to rebook any time soon Avoid if possible many nicer places to stay nearby.
