update: the eqipment i work with: 1zpresso jx pro, wacaco picopresso. for the coffees I have tried so far, I had to work with boiling water right away. But as it turns out, the Spanish origin also means Spanish roasting, which means an extra darkness, which I think is a blasphemy category for Ethiopian coffee, but this is a unique preference, but it's important info. (the website shows full city which has just appeared but this is an incorrect statement as there is no god that it should be a medium dark) Acids and fruits have already appeared with 90 degrees of starting water (85 fox during extraction), but due to the level of roasting, there are still bitter flavors. overall, however, a whole fine end result was brought together. So I also withdraw the comment below on the freshness / quality of the coffee, although I would expect more cream from a freshly roasted coffee. but this may be the peculiarity of extra dark roasting. the -1 star: the seller is helpful but unfortunately he knows little about the coffees which is not surprising in a fundamentally go-kart car shop, but he didn't know how much he wanted. Extra dark roasting is not my world. previous rating: I bought coffee here today but unfortunately freshly roasted is not true for coffee at all and there are probably problems with storage as well. The coffee tastes the same as any other coffee available in any store. I tried the Ethiopian coffee that was roasted on the soda, and due to the old roasting, all the fruity flavors of Ethiopian coffees took off from it and brought the level of an omnia :( I'm sorry I had high hopes for it The seller was extremely kind and helpful (hence 2 the star not 1) but unfortunately did not get the coffee. according to him, the coffee comes from a Spanish country but he knew nothing about the roasting time or the level of roasting. It was dispensed from a previously opened bag into smaller sachets, which means that the coffee roasted probably at the beginning of the year also loses its residual flavor.

I recommend an international coffee coffee package. Just don't forget to buy a coffee grinder because you order coffee beans) I tried robusta coffees in Ethiopian Arabia, India and Vietnam, I plan to test more packages :)
