In 2021 Only one person speaks English in the company, the sales rep. However the sales rep does not want to meet with you, he prefers you email him first and "take it from there". On their website they say they are struggling as the current precarious market circumstances, but their customer service is quite lame. I speak some Hungarian, so I called the rep on the phone but he did not seem really interested to speak to me, I was asking him to speak to my husband who is in the process to open a new business, so he was hoping to speak to the rep in more details about certain product availability, etc. However the rep managed to tell me "we cannot teach you what to do!!" which, was definitely not the case of my call!! We went to a shop yesterday to try and see if we could meet someone else face to face, to discuss products and certain details, but the lady at their Budakalasz shop was a little abrupt and seemed unhappy we bothered her without an appointment during lunch time. She said they do not have any products there and the man who speaks English is not there. She turned us down quite quickly. There was only one gentleman I spoke with over the phone who gave me some advice, and was very understanding of our language problems. But he does not speak English and advised us to call the rep so we could schedule a meeting. Well of course... that did not happen. Customer service is still 50 years behind.
