In the case of my powercolor rx 5700 xt video card, which disappeared during warranty service, 220volt Magyarország kft referred this company to me. As the former 220 was informed, the product was returned directly by the supplier's partner, Compusale Hungary Zrt., To the manufacturer, where the fact that it could not be repaired was established. Unfortunately, however, this statement turned out to be false as I inquired with the manufacturer and they replied that the product in question had never been with them! Furthermore, the 220 volts were unable to present any service documents or test reports that my card had been serviced upon repeated requests, it was not even possible to find out what was wrong with the product ... That's how I got to this company, because I wanted to get my video card back and repair it in accordance with the relevant regulations. According to the information received from 220volt Magyarország kft, this company is in liquidation, and their stock has been seized as part of an investigation. Furthermore, despite repeated prompts, they do not respond to the return of the video card. After a short internet search, I managed to contact the managing director of the company, László Vámos, who responded a few times in a rather grandiose and condescending style! He claims that they also sent the product back to a supplier partner, where he did not sell it several times at my request, and he refused to take action regarding the return of my video card! He couldn't prove anything about the service! The solution to this case was to disable it on facebook .... For those who would not be aware of the market situation, the problem is that due to the global chip shortage and bitcoin mining, the used price of these cards tripled at that time (about HUF 300-350000), and I even bought them for HUF 220000 for a much higher amount. , so it is worth much more than the amount on the invoice (HUF 134,990), and it was possible to sell for that! Unfortunately, the video card in question was not available even after 1 year, 220volt Magyarország kft and Compusale hungary zrt could not return it to me at my repeated request, although the consumer protection regulation allows it, nor has it serviced any service documents since then. Well, we don't need much logic here to guess what happened, in my opinion the card was repaired at a domestic service, and then due to the much higher value on the bill, the people involved in it sold it for profit ... And the feedback came to me that it is unrepairable, as the amount of HUF 134,990 on the invoice will be paid to me with a laugh from the market value of the card used at that time, which was HUF 3,500,000! So from here I am sending a message to the owners of both companies to be ashamed that they will take part in such simlis and glazing transactions and lose the product sent for the service entrusted to them, I hope this company is permanently closed !!!!
