Bunkók és dohányoznak is a helyiségben! Annyiban módosult a véleményem, hogy a Samsung mosógépünket pár napon belül, javították , korrekt, gyors ügyintézés volt. Sajnos a rossz tapasztalatom marad addig míg a 2 db garanciális tv-m ügye még nem oldódik. Blinds work if you want good as a warranty service, avoid them! Either the error is not acknowledged or you get the device back incorrectly. Both cases have happened! Jerk and smoke in the room too! My opinion changed to the extent that our Samsung washing machine was repaired in a few days, fair, fast administration. Unfortunately, my bad experience remains until the issue of my 2 warranty TVs is resolved.

Érkezésemkor külön rákérdeztek, hogy fehérvári vagyok-e, illetve, hogy megtudom-e várni az esetleges javítást. Miután megbizonyosodtak róla, hogy van alkatrész raktáron a készülékemhez, már javították is, én pedig egy kicsivel később boldogan távoztam. The best service (warranty) experience of my life! After 25 minutes of parking in front of the building, I was able to leave with a repaired TV. When I arrived, I was asked separately if I was in Fehérvár and if I could wait for any repairs. Once they made sure I had parts in stock for my device, they repaired it and I left happily a little later.

A munkatársaik kommunikációja megfelelő volt, időpont tekintetében rugalmasak voltak. Ajánlom! I am maximally satisfied with the service: as part of a warranty repair, my TV was installed in my home, I didn’t even have to get my feet out of the apartment.
