De soha nem tapasztaltam olyat hogy egy főnök vagy akár a főnök megbízásából elnézést kérnek ha esetleg valami nem úgy készült el ahogy vártam. Ez nagyon aranyos és kedves gesztus. Minden tiszteletem az étterem vezetőségének. My opinion of the food was disappointing. But I’ve never experienced an apology on behalf of a boss or even a boss if something might not be done the way I expected. This is a very cute and kind gesture. All due respect to the management of the restaurant.

De ahogy láttam finom és minőségi whiskey és rum is kapott helyet a polcokon. ;) Cozy and pleasant place to enjoy a delicious Costa coffee. But as I saw, delicious and quality whiskey and rum also took up space on the shelves. ;)

Innét jó kilátás nyílik a főtérre a forgalmat szemlélve módunk volt a város nyüzsgésének megismerésére. A helyi lspok is rendelkezésre álltak a kávézóban, a pincér hölgy is rendkívül figyelmes volt. We arrived in town tired, it was nice to relax, have a cold drink while sitting in the pleasant armchairs on the terrace. From here there is a good view of the main square, looking at the traffic, we had the opportunity to get to know the hustle and bustle of the city. Local lspok were also available in the cafe, the waiter lady was also extremely attentive.

Lehet érdemes lenne megbeszélni a dolgozók közti kommunikációt máskor ne legyen ilyen. Felháborítónak találtam az alkalmazott nyegle arrogáns viselkedését. Szerintem az igen rossz üzletpolitika ha nem akarunk dolgozni inkàbb elüldözzük a vendégeket. De nem baj máshol szívesen fogadtak és oda vittük a pénzünket. Ami mèg rosszabb mint tulajdonosnak mint az üzletre nézve hogy ennek a 10 embernek igen rossz véleménye lesz a helyről. “Köszönjük a szívélyes vendéglátást!” Erre szokták mondani ha már ki vagy égve a vendéglátásban szakmát kell váltani. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. My pre-booking for 10 people that I had previously handed over by phone did not exist. Or my separate request was ignored. It might be worthwhile to discuss communication between employees at other times. I found the arrogant behavior of the staff used outrageous. I think it’s a very bad business policy if we don’t want to work we’d rather chase away guests. But no problem elsewhere they welcomed us and took our money there. What’s even worse for the owner than for the business is that these 10 people will have a very bad opinion of the place. "Thank you for your cordial hospitality!" This is what you are told when you have to change professions in hospitality.

K	Kirill Palicz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice chill place! If you want to sit in a quite place where nobody bothers you and the service is good then I recommend the place. The coffee is pretty okay we loved it a lot! My overall opinion that the place is worth for a try!
