Если бы это было возможно, они бы получили звезду (-5). Работают дилетанты у которых элементарных понятий нет, как надо делать очки! (но они об этом не знают и выдают себя за профессионалов!) Заказала очки с отражающим напылением. Оправу перекрутили так, что она на 0,5 см уходила от ровной линии, стекла в оправе стояли не одинаково, одно стекло очень выступало вперед (сказали, что это нормально (!!!). Напыление получилось пятнами, с точками. После переделки появилась царапина! Дужки загнули так, что они уже не входили в футляр и всё время напрягали оправу при сложении. В итоге потребовала деньги назад, продавец просто грубо выдавила стекла из оправы, хотя оправа была оплачена и являлась моей собственностью. Очень опасно для глаз заказывать очки в этой оптике, здесь работают не профессионалы!

As a result, I demanded money back, the seller just rudely squeezed the glasses out of the frame, although the frame was paid for and was my property. It is very dangerous for the eyes to order glasses in this optics, not professionals work here!
