In my personal opinion, employees should deal better with customers. If I need help, don’t send it to the colleague because it’s not her department. Compared to the supply, there are very expensive items.

The sellers are kind, polite, maximally helpful, the selection of goods is good, with any complaints with empathy, keeping in mind the interest of the buyer and last but not least the reputation of the store.
