★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not owning up their mistakes they come up with an explain everytime. First they printed my thesis with mirror margins put in it only one sided, so it was unusuable. Ok I also didn't tell them I would like to be printed it in both pages, because I thought it's obvious, because of the margins. Then when I went to grab it, I realized the first pages are not in order, she said they haven't touched it, so I made the mistake. (Sorry if that would be the case, you still don't tell the customer you're the stupid one, after all this, but I know for fact that I put it in the right order cause I checked at least 3 times after the printing mistake)
Finally the quality of my thesis is very poor, the paper is wavy and the paper inside it is not put in nicely, one page is sticking out more than the next page, so it's all over the place...
Overall I'm very disappointed because somebody recommended me this place, that here they are nice, fast and cheap..Non of it was true...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish all businesses could be so easy. I walked in to print a PDF (a train ticket). The first person I saw nicely asked what I wanted and told me to send an email to the address on the wall. Then the second person I saw read the email, confirmed that it was mine, and printed my ticket. She handed it to me and charged only HUF 100. Most every business has a minimum service charge; maybe they don't? I asked for their names so I could include them in a review I then decided to write. Thank you Ildiko and Anna! BTW, the store is in a quiet courtyard off the main street.

I went in and ask to print my boarding pass and was ask by the lady to send over my documents to the email written on their wall. I sent them over and she printed them out immediately. It cost 100HUF for a boarding pass. I have just been in the copy shop for less than 5 minutes and this is honestly one of the best and efficient printing services I encountered. Hassle free and cheap. For any tourist looking to print their documents in Budapest, look no further, this is the place.
