First, I have to admit that this place is a little bit better than most copy shops in Budapest. For some inexplicable reason Budapest hosts the most incompetent copy shops with the most arrogant but incompetent staff I have ever encountered, anywhere. So this place is ok because sometimes you can really get in and out without a major hassle and with the work done to an adequate standard. Our last encounter there was particularly disappointing though. My wife wanted to have a thank you note printed on firm paper with colors. One staff person simply refused to help her at the self copy machine, claiming to not have time for this. Eventually he came, helped for a moment and then pawned her off to his colleague. This guy also was impatient, saying, "I only have time for people who are paying." So she waited till everyone paid and then he reluctantly helped her organize the printing. We hadn't met either of these guys before (and we use this place regularly because, as I said, it's a notch above the abysmal service you get elsewhere) so I wouldn't say this comment applies to the entire staff--previous encounters with other employees were considerably better. What's missing is an ethic of care for the customer--of genuine concern for helping people get what they want. This isn't uncommon in Budapest and seems particularly vexing in the copy and print business. This particular shop has potential but ought to put some effort into training employees in customer care.

This place will never disappoint you. I have been to most of all printers in Budapest but no since last 6 months this place has become my favorite and I hope it will be the same. Staff is very cooperative. They can speak English and they are willing to help you. This is completely missing from other printers in Budapest. Their computer can switch from Hungarian language to English on just a click so you don’t have to bother about self service. In case if you get stuck somewhere in your task then they are there to help you. Once your face it familiar to them then they also suggest some options to reduce your bill if you are printing in large quantities. They are economical but service is top notch.

Good self-service printing shop at an affordable price ?

My first time here, previously I had no experience with this place, but this was the nearest to my location. However I would not recommend at all. The equipment is a bit outdated (no USB type-C cable available) and the staff was not at all helpful, more like rude. When I asked for help they didn't help me and when I called someone on my own phone for help (!!!) they told me to keep it down ??‍♀️

Easy to use, fast printing and very reasonable prices.

Very good and easy to copy at Copyguru, probably till A4 size everything can be done by yourself which cost cheaper and the staff are very helpful and polite. Thanks

No problems occured during our visit. Everything was fine and really quick.

Nice place where you can print both color and black and white documents, you can print yourself at any of the available computers and the system will auto calculate the number of prints and price. There is a single button to switch from Hungarian to English which is convenient, the staff speaks English and are not rude like other places. My only complain is, black and white print quality was below average even though ink cartridge was showing 50% available, probably they are intentionally decreasing print quality to save ink, so better check one page before printing all.
