We are really satisfied with this accommodation. The staff was very helpful. My daughter has got an allergic reaction. When I informed the receptionist about my problem, she called us a doctor. The city center is not so far away. There are several option for programmes (also at the reception you can ask). We recommend it for everybody. :)

Easy to book. Clean apartment. Reception open 24h. You can check out late for an small fee. They have wifi. Located in a touristic area, close to the shopping centre. Quiet area. Friendly receptionist. I had a great time. Highly recommended to anyone. You have shops and restaurants on the area and bus stops as well. They have taxi services available to go to the airport.

Poor customer service. Totally unfriendly staff. No parking and quite distant from city center. However, the room was ok, clean and cozy.

Stay away!! Protect youselves!!! We were delivered our rooms at 16:00. We asked from 15:00 refund (reservation through booking) because we did want to leave (we were very tired and wanted rooms immediately), but they kept us hostages by the not polite "you have to wait sir" up to the polite "your rooms will be ready in 5 minutes" after i complaint and asked to leave. At the end we left and they kept our money... Protect yourselves, stay away...

The position is okay, there is a mall nearby and it's well connected with public services. It's fairly near to the center, but I wouldn't recommend moving without using the public transport services. The hotel itself is great, the staff is nice and reliable. The apartment I had been using was pretty big as a whole, huge kitchen/living room, although the bedrooms could have been bigger and with more furniture, but this is really nitpicking All in all a great experience, I would recommend.

My experience on July 28/29, 2019 at Corvin Plaza Apartments & Suites was not one of the best. I begin by acknowledging that, at the last minute, booking on the freeway, I was not paying attention to all the details regarding the services offered, details that I discovered at the reception. - the accommodation unit does not offer any possibility of breakfast; - parking costs extra 19 € (extremely expensive for the quality of the hotel); - the air conditioning is in a single room in the apartment, and its use involves an extra cost; - although I paid with a credit card, it was necessary to make a cash deposit of 50 €. I didn't understand why; - although the reservation was for 3 persons, in the room I found that there are no sheets, towels or bathroom accessories for more than 2 persons; - at my insistence, the young man at the front desk told me he would check if there were any other sheets available. Finally he brought me the sheets without towels; - the apartment, although clean, is extremely poorly furnished and equipped (eg, the wardrobe had only one clothes hanger); - the bathroom is absolutely rudimentary, the sink cracked, lack of cleanliness, etc. - two homeless people slept miserably near the entrance to the hotel. An extremely unpleasant sight for my child; - the hotel policy displayed at the entrance is extremely unfriendly (eg, check-in at 1pm. Check-out at 10am); Finally, I would like to point out that I will never be the guest of this hotel and I would never recommend it to anyone. PS

If you want to check in before 3:00 pm, the receptionists will ask you for an early check-in fee of 15 Euro. Naturally, you can expect many guests to want to check in at exactly 3:00 pm and there'll be a line of guests in front of the reception as a result. When checking in, the receptionist will then ask you for a cash deposit. Again, that's simply unnecessary. Regarding our one-bedroom apartment, our first impression was good. Yet, after staying there for a little while we quickly noticed the noise coming from neighbors living around us. We could hear our neighbors walking, moving furniture, talking and more. The noise insulation in the apartment, if there even was any, was simply terrible. Another terrible thing about the apartment was the bed. The super soft mattress had clearly seen its best days. Other pieces of furniture were scratched or damaged in some other way. Cleanliness was another major issue (hair and dust in corners and the bathroom and bedroom). We're not staying there again and cannot recommend the place.

Great for couples, solo or even Business trip! Awesome location in Budapest: very close to public transport and also a good walking distance to the main spots in the city center and to the Danube river too. The room I stayed during 2020 is very well maintained and comfortable. I'd totally recommend this place not only for short but also for long stay in the city.
