★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a brand I adore Cos, however today I had my worst experience there. when I wad standing at the tills I requested an item to be checked in the system from two ladies. While I was waiting there they've started a personal conversation between the two of them, forgetting completely that I'm just standing there. I had to remind them that I'm still waiting, and basically then one of them rushed finally to check the sizes on the shop floor, when I already knew there wasn't - that's why I asked them to check in the system in the first place. I left with no desired garment and a very odd experience from one of my favourite brands that I use.
Please COS hungary instruct your staff to at least try and make an effort to the costumer especially when the store is super quiet on a weekday with barely any costumers. Thanks
