A termékek egy jelentős része később érkezett be hozzájuk, erről azonban csak telefonos érdeklődés után kaptam információt. Mivel megadott időre kellett a csomag, ezért nem is tudtam minden érkezését megvárni. Azt mondták, hogy a hobby ragasztó, amit küldenek, ragasztja a hungarocellt, nem lesz probléma. Hát nem így volt, így ott álltam egy igen kellemetlen helyzetben 20 gyerek előtt, hogy a kigondolt eljárással nem készítünk hóembert. Még szerencse, hogy tudtunk rögtönözni. Amúgy a csomagból kifelejtették a hóember fejéhez szükséges gömböt, így azt majd a mai nap küldik el. Tegnapra kellett volna. Megjegyzem a rendelést teljesen időben adtam le.
Order compilation was slow and since they didn’t communicate, I didn’t understand why the delay. A significant portion of the products arrived later, but I only received information about this after a telephone inquiry. Since I needed the package for a given time, I couldn’t even wait for her to arrive. They said that the hobby glue they send glues the styrofoam will not be a problem. Well, it wasn’t like that, so I was standing there in a very awkward position in front of 20 kids not to make a snowman with the fancy procedure. Luckily we were able to improvise. Anyway, the sphere needed for the snowman's head was forgotten from the package, so it will be sent today. It should have been yesterday. I note I placed the order completely on time.
