★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Már nagyon sokszor vásároltam itt, még nem csalódtam. Alvázszám, motorszám szerint rendeli ki az alkatrészt a központi raktárból. Ha nem fogadják a hívását, amint tehetik visszahívlak mindenkit. Egyedüli negatívumként a rendkívül nehéz parkolást emelném ki.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Idáig elégedett voltam, de az elmúlt pár hónapban sorban érnek a csalódások. Kezdődött azzal, hogy pár hete reggeltől délig hiába hívtam az üzletet, senki sem vette föl. (Idáig ha nem tudták felvenni, igen rövid határidővel hívtak vissza) Délután 3 körül visszahívtak. (Addigra kénytelen voltam máshol megvenni az alkatrészt. :() Múlt héten rendeltem alkatrészt, amiért hétfőn nyitásra mentem a bolthoz. 1 órát vártam, hogy kinyisson, de hiába. Később a honlapon láttam, hogy betegség miatt zárva. Ezt nem ártott volna kiírni az üzletre. Azóta online rendeltem meg az alkatrészt, amiről semmi visszaigazolás nem érkezett, (2.nap) hogy áll a rendelés. Telefonon senkit sem lehet elérni. Remélem, hogy ez csak valami pillanatnyi zavar a rendszerben, és hamar visszaáll minden az eredeti állapotra. Mindenkinek jobbulást kívánok aki beteg!
So far I’ve been pleased, but the last few months have seen a series of disappointments. It started with me calling the store in vain from a few weeks in the morning until noon, no one picked it up. (So far, if they couldn’t pick me up, they called me back with a very short deadline) They called me back around 3pm. (Until then, I was forced to buy the part elsewhere. :() I ordered a part last week for going to the store on Monday. I waited 1 hour to open it, but to no avail. I later saw on the website that it was closed due to illness. Since then, I have ordered the part online, for which no confirmation has been received (day 2) that the order is in. No one can be reached by phone.I hope this is just some momentary disruption in the system and everything will be back to its original state soon. I wish everyone who is sick better!
