Egyiket még sikerült is kiszállítani többszöri telefonálás után 10 nap késéssel. Másikat viszont már úgy tűnik, hogy nem sikerül, ami csak egy dolog, de hogy folyamatosan hazudoznak, na az a baj... Nem értem a megbízóikat, hogy miért nem veszik figyelembe a megrendelői visszajelzéseket. Disaster ... They will be commissioned to deliver my second order within 3 weeks. One even managed to be shipped 10 days late after several phone calls. On the other hand, it already seems to fail, which is just one thing, but the fact that they keep lying is the problem ... I don't understand why their clients don't take customer feedback into account.

A futár maga rendes volt, hozta a csomagot másnap mikorra már tudtam pénzt levenni, azonban visszajáró nem volt nála, csak papír. A szolgáltatás fix összegű, miért gondolják természetesnek azt, hogy többszáz forint borravalót kapnak? Már az is felháborító, hogy 2021-ben nem lehet kártyával fizetni, de akkor miért képtelenek visszajárót tartani maguknál? I requested a cash on delivery order from a webshop, where of course it was not indicated that card payment is not possible. The courier himself was normal, he brought the package the next day when I could withdraw money, but he had no return, only paper. The service is a fixed amount, why do you think it is natural to receive a tip of several hundred forints? It is already outrageous that it will not be possible to pay by card in 2021, but then why are they unable to keep a return with them?

Megkérte a futárt hogy legyen szíves a telken belülre rakni a csomagot erre csak annyi volt a válasz had ne kelljen pakolnia majd lesz itthon férfi megoldja és elment!!!! Mondanom se kell a segítségét rendesen jutalmazzuk volna ! Az áru csomagolás sérült volt !!!! Mindenki kerülje ezt a céget ! Subcritical company !!!!!!!!! We ordered 40 kg of goods, unfortunately it turned out that my 6-month-old pregnant wife was only at home. He asked the courier to please put the package inside the plot. Needless to say, your help would be rewarded properly! The goods packaging was damaged !!!! Everyone avoid this company!
S	Svetlana Sipos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos nem kaptunk a megrendelt terméket. Az áru megsérult csomagolásban érkezet (a doboz fel volt bontva es körbe volt cellukszolva). A futár furcsán es kultúrálatlanul viselkedett es csak a pénzt kérte (!!!). Semmi papirt nem irtatott alá és megtagadta megmutatni az árut (!) , illetve egy képet se készített róla. Az ilyen szolgáltatás elfogadhatatlan! Emiatt volt vissza utasítva. Unfortunately, we did not receive the ordered product. The goods arrive in damaged packaging (the box was opened and cellulose rounded). The courier behaved strangely and uncultured and only asked for the money (!!!). He did not sign any paper and refused to show the goods (!) Or take a picture of it. Such a service is unacceptable! That's why he was rejected.

A cég természetesen mentegetőzik csak, eszük ágában sincs az okozott kárt megtéríteni. Nagyon nem ajánlott! During parcel delivery, the courier slammed the car door against the column in front of the house, removing the noble plaster from it. The company, of course, apologizes only, it is not in their minds to compensate for the damage caused. Highly not recommended!

A futár telefonon szólt hogy a megadott címnél van...munka mellett nyilván nem egy perc hazamenni h átvegyem a 40 kg-os csomagot, amit mellesleg minden szívbaj nélkül otthogyott volna a kapuba mondván hogy nem kötelessége bevinni,a stílusról nem is beszélve!! Végülis nő létemre majd bevonszolom.... Legközelebb ha látom hogy ez a cég szállítják ki a csomagot akkor inkább visszamondom!!! The courier said on the phone that he was at the given address ... after work, obviously not a minute to go home h I would take over the 40 kg package, which by the way he would have gone to the gate without any heartache saying that he has no obligation to bring it, not to mention the style !! Eventually I will be involved in my existence .... Next time I see this company delivering the package I would rather cancel !!!
A	A Fo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mivel egész nap itthon voltunk gondolom a futár valahol máshol volt, de vegulis megtalalta a cimet, csak arra nem volt ideje hogy felhivjon minket vagy becsengessen, de arra igen hogy a postalada ALJARA ragasszon egy matricat hogy itt volt... weboldal szrrint masnap ujra megkiserlik a kiszallitast... ez se tortent meg... ugyfelszolgalatot telefonon nem lehet elerni... gratulalunk... fantasztikus szolgaltatast sikerult nyujtani, csomagunk meg sehol... mar 1 hete... ?‍♀️?‍♂️ szivesen adnék jobban kierdemelt csillagszamot is, peldaul 0-at, de erre itt nincs lehetőség. Soha többet velük... Dispatch handler, no possibility to make an appointment, they give a time interval that is impracticable for a working person, my package was returned to the sender without prior agreement. Never do more with them ...
